OMG where do I start? A FANTASTIC little hotel just off the beach on a side street slap bang in the centre of Larnaca in the Finikoudes beach area and in Larnaca's old town. Absolutely, frigging, marvellously fantastic! Check-in was a breeze, the hotel super clean, the room huge and also, surprisingly SUPER CLEAN. It was absolutely spotless - whoever they have hired to clean the rooms does outstanding work. If I could bring them back to the UK to clean my own home, then well, how great would that be? There is fast Wi-fi, modern bathrooms with superb power showers and the room, for the budget prices it offers, has a wonderful selection of milk, tea and coffee. However, what is most surprisingly of all is the superb, efficient and excellent customer service provided by the manageress named Nadia. Not only is she one of the most pleasant hotel staff members I have ever come across but she is astute, assertive and extremely efficient, having helped me sort through a few hotel and non-hotel travel arrangements without hesitation. This excellent customer service, coupled with a bright, modern, fresh, efficient and superbly clean (almost hospital clean) hotel, confirms that Hai hotel IS my number one place to stay every time I visit Cyprus. Without question. Without hesitation. I will certainly be returning next year and look forward to staying in one of its wonderful rooms and dealing with their wonderful staff. Stunning hotel I cannot fault a single aspect. Each and every member of staff were so warm and helpful (special mention to Eva and Andre). The suites themselves are extremely well designed and appointed, they have thought of everything from nespresso machine, to mini shaving and dental kits in the bathroom. Beds are really comfortable and the balconies spacious. Make sure you check out OLIV the deli cafe adjoining, really delicious fresh food. Thank you all at LIV we are beyond grateful for your hospitality and will be back

I know it's a 2* but it's a Terrible hotel dirty smelly and uncomfortable. This place should be avoided at all costs. one of the rooms was allocated without being cleaned (at 10pm ) I had to make my own bed gar better hotels in larnaca for the price

Loving it here in lock down went to see a local doctor today by the name of Harold Shipman he gave me the local jab I said doctor Shipman will I survive he said of cause you will your not over 65 got to see him in 12 weeks time for another jab loving it here at the hotel so friendly nice and clean WiFi is so good cleaner's are very good I can't say nothing bad why is it when I say I could murder a pint everyone runs off I feel like I am at home I've got plenty of head and shoulders in the bath room can't wait for lock down to lift so I can see my mate jack the ripper best hotel the sunflower is

After visiting another hotel of this group, I was extremely curious to come to The Ciao Stelio; however, I was disillusioned after seeing some reviews. Despite my doubts, I decided to go and was glad of my decision. From the first email, I got prompt and kind assistance regarding everything I was interested in (special thanks to Alexandros, Dimitris, and Stella for that), my additional requests have also been kindly noted (and satisfied at the end). Guys, thank you very much, you are amazing! Thanks to Anna, the check-in procedure was smooth and fast, and of course, I also annoyed her with tons of questions because I was so curious about everything around me. After coming to my spacious and lovely room, I forgot the fact that I’d ordered sparkling wine in the room and completely forgot about payment, was ready to come back to the reception but my thoughts were interrupted by the knock and when I opened the door I saw a smiling man who was welcoming me and telling that he was honored to deliver my complementary wine 😊 Nicos, you are top! A handsome man filling up the glass of champagne in my room – a better welcome is hard to imagine)))) Your service at Gambino Bar later for the dinner was so speedy and professional – thanks for making my evening, really. Adored Gambino bar for yummy-yummy food – quality is on the level (please make portions a bit bigger), will definitely come there again for a drink/snack. The only disappointing moment I had is due to the early working shift and the need to come back to Pafos I haven’t had a chance to appreciate the taste of breakfast but this issue can be easily sorted by the next visit. Thanks to all The Ciao Stelio Team for making my short stay so remarkable and relaxing!

So, where to start.. At first glance, the hotel seems newish (rennovated), and the room we got was ok. But here where the problems started.. 1. There was only one worker at the whole hotel.. like the receptionist. Lucky us it wasn't busy. 2. TV - It was not connected to electricty at all. After we complained, and half an hour of ”fixes”, it turned on just to discover, that no channels worked. The official answer was: ”the natena is not tuned/turned to proper direction” xxx. 3. Safe - one of the reasons we ordered this hotel was because it metnioned it has i safe in the room!! Well, there was a safe in the room, but.. it was locked!! After another half an hour, we got an answer, that previous guest took the key with him, and ”there is nothing to be done”. We asked to simply replace the room, but.. ”not possible, all booked” (needless to mention, that we haven't seen any other guests besides ourselvers and another person the whole stay. Lucky fo us it was only 2 days stay!!
