JJasmineThe location is very close to the Sanxia Airport, the hotel offered free airport drop off service and it only took about 5 minutes to reach the airport. The front desk was not experienced enough and her service attitude and quality need improvement especially the way how she talks. But the service of the manager 大堂副理小江 was good and even helped to deliver our luggage to the room himself.
During winter, heater is essential. Unfortunately, the heating system of entire hotel was not working on that day and a portable heater was given. The power of the portable heater was not enough to warm the entire room and the room was still freezing cold after 2 hours. I feedback to the front desk that it was way too cold for us and requested for a stronger heater or additional heater. However, my request was turned down and the front desk replied that the heating system was not working and there was nothing she could do. I was so angry and told her off that the malfunction of the heating system was hotel's problem and it was not my problem. I further requested that she better figured out how to make the room warm enough unless she wanted to be responsible for us if we fall sick. Finally, 大堂副理小胡and客户副理小江came with free fruits and snacks for apology and offered to change the current heater to a stronger heater for our room and then finally the entire room is warm enough.
We had dinner in the hotel restaurant and the food was good but the varieties of breakfast needs improvement.

EESTELLAThe room is clean, the location is perfect not far from train station. And the changjiang river is just beside. The only thing I need to mention is that the room is not that isolated. And two small Points: 1. The breakfast can be better; 2. The check-in service should ask customers for the car parking procedure. As in second day morning I was in an urgency to go to take the train but they ask to scan the QR code to register the car, I think they should reminder systematically the customer when they do check in.

MMarco FoersterI traveled solo to Yichang and was very pleased with my stay at this hotel. From the moment I checked in, the front desk staff were extremely courteous, assisting me in finding a meal before bedtime and showing me to my room. 小王 was particularly helpful, offering extensive travel recommendations for her city.
The hotel is new, with excellent and spotless facilities. The bed was cozy, and I received a complimentary upgrade to a river-view room, offering a magnificent view of the Yangtze. A complimentary fruit platter was waiting for me as well. The location is superb, ideal for strolls along the river, and within walking distance of major shopping malls and parks. I will stay here again if I return to Yichang.

MMatthewThis is a hotel within another hotel.The name outside is 民生酒店，but once you go thru the revolving door you will find the front desk straight ahead with the correct name. For some reason the hotel is from the 11th-13th floors. For a fee there is a typical Chinese breakfast buffet on the 5th. floor. It is two blocks from Aqua Plaza which has pool tables, movie theaters, restaurants and clothing stores. There is a Lanzhou la mian across the street and two nearby parks. Bus 12 will take you to Yiling Square and the Children's Park. Bus B68 will take you to the East Train Station. Great price and a place to refill water bottles is in the lobby.

KKikiThe Hotel is located very near to several Hop-on/Drop-off points for the guided tours in the area.👍🏼
It is a very clean hotel with a very friendly staff. If there are any problems, they will immediately solve them.☺️
The rooms are not too small and equipped with nice furniture, TV and a new bathroom. They also have air conditioning. The breakfast is also very delicious!
If you have trips going till the evening but you have to make your room empty for the Check-out on that day, you are able to leave your stuff in a secluded area and pick it up in the evening again!
Overall a very nice hotel, I just can recommend! PS: The Orange/Tangerine Bonbons they have at the counter are delicious 😋
