My recent stay at the Kulangsi Resort in Xiamen was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, it was clear this was a special place dedicated to providing a tranquil and luxurious getaway. Wonderful Environment: The resort is beautifully situated, offering a perfect blend of lush, manicured gardens and serene landscapes. It feels like a hidden oasis away from the city's hustle and bustle, yet it remains conveniently located. The views are stunning, and the overall atmosphere is one of peace and relaxation. It's an ideal spot for both couples and families looking to unwind. Excellent Hotel Facilities: The facilities are top-notch. Our room was spacious, impeccably clean, and featured a modern design with all the amenities one could ask for. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. Beyond the room, the swimming pool was a delight, and the fitness center was well-equipped. Every corner of the resort is maintained to a very high standard. Standout Service from 小陈 (Xiao Chen): While every staff member we encountered was professional and friendly, one individual truly made our stay unforgettable: a gentleman named 小陈 (Xiao Chen). His service was, without exaggeration, world-class. He was incredibly thoughtful and anticipatory, always seeming to know what we needed before we even asked. From offering insightful local tips to ensuring every small detail of our room was perfect, his attention to care was remarkable. He embodies the true spirit of hospitality and is a tremendous asset to the Kulangsi Resort. Verdict: I wholeheartedly recommend the Kulangsi Resort. The beautiful environment and excellent facilities provide the perfect backdrop, but it's the outstanding service from people like Xiao Chen that transforms a great stay into a truly memorable one. We will definitely be returning. 这次在厦门 Kulangsi 度假村的体验令人难以忘怀。这里不仅环境优美，设施一流，更有一位服务人员让我们感受到了什么是真正世界级的服务。 优美环境： 度假村的环境设计得非常出色，犹如一个远离尘嚣的世外桃源。绿植郁郁葱葱，景观宁静雅致，处处都透露出一种静谧与和谐。无论是散步还是静坐，都让人心旷神怡，是放松身心的绝佳去处。 一流的酒店设施： 酒店的设施堪称完美。我们入住的房间宽敞明亮，干净整洁，现代感的装修风格搭配齐全的设施，细节考虑周到。床品尤其舒适，保证了高质量的睡眠。此外，游泳池、健身中心等设施也都维护得非常好，体验感极佳。 值得称赞的服务——特别感谢小陈： 酒店的整体服务水准很高，但我们必须特别表扬一位员工——小陈。他的服务让我们感受到了什么是“超五星”的标准。小陈先生非常细心周到，具有极强的预见性，总能在我们提出需求之前就提供贴心的帮助。从专业的入住引导，到详尽的本地游玩建议，再到对房间细节的关注，他真正做到了“宾至如归”。他热情而专业的服务态度，是这家度假村最宝贵的财富。 总结： 我毫无保留地推荐厦门 Kulangsi 度假村。绝佳的环境和设施已经足够吸引人，而像小陈这样优秀的员工所提供的卓越服务，更是让这次住宿从“很好”升华到了“完美”的体验。我们一定会再次光临。

⭐ 5/5 — A Truly Exceptional, Warm-Hearted Stay at Zengcuo’an Village ⭐ I travel often and have experienced many different types of hotels and accommodations over the years. From 25 Nov 2025, I stayed at Hua Cai Xiao Zhu · Florich 民宿 (环岛南路曾厝垵店) for 12 nights, and extended my stay by another 3 nights because it genuinely felt like home. That alone says everything. 😊 From the moment I arrived, the experience was not just comfortable, but deeply warm and reassuring, thanks to the owner and housekeeper who went out of their way to make sure every detail of my stay was taken care of. 🙏 I stayed in the Huacai Balcony Tub Room on the 5th level. I believe this is the only accommodation in Zengcuo'an that has an elevator. The room was very clean, modern, and thoughtfully equipped. The large bathtub and giant HD projector made every evening wonderfully relaxing. The balcony overlooks Zengcuo’an Village and is just 50 metres from the village church. I even enjoyed a beautiful sunrise at around 6:30am right from my room. 🌄 The location is outstanding. It’s about 200 metres from the main entrance of Zengcuo’an Village, surrounded by everything you could possibly need. There are countless eateries nearby, including my personal favourite right in front of the accommodation — 福鼎肉片小吃店, run by the warm and amiable 美金姐, a 56-year-old local lady (highly recommended!). 😋😋 Convenience stores, fashion and accessory shops, souvenir stalls, luggage shops, spas, travel agencies — and even a McDonald’s — are all within easy reach. 👍👍 Several attractions are also within walking distance, including Pearl Public Beach and Music Square. One of the smartest ways to explore Xiamen is the CNY 50 hop-on hop-off sightseeing bus (24 stops), with the bus stop conveniently located right in front of the village on the right side. It’s honestly the most affordable and efficient way to see the city. What truly made this stay exceptional, however, were the people. 👬👭 The owner, 许老板, is incredibly kind, attentive, and genuinely caring. He patiently gave directions, recommended places to visit, pointed out nearby essentials like the bank and pharmacy, and even allowed me to store my luggage while I was away for a few days. When I checked out, I was down with a cold — he not only helped with my luggage, but also personally drove me to the airport, making sure I arrived safely. That level of care is rare. 💯💯💯 The housekeeper, 秀容, is equally wonderful. Always smiling, always attentive, she made sure I was comfortable every single day — from providing extra water, tissues, and towels to quietly checking that everything was in order. Her warmth made the entire stay feel effortless and homely. . One last tip: don’t miss the sunset. Walk across the overhead bridge from the village and enjoy the beach scene between 4:30pm and 6:30pm — it’s absolutely unforgettable.🌻🌷 Overall: highly, highly recommended. Hua Cai Xiao Zhu · Florich 民宿 (环岛南路曾厝垵店) is more than just a place to stay, it’s a place where you feel genuinely cared for. ห้องพักสะอาดมากครับ เจ้าของบริการดีเป็นกันเอง ใกล้หาดหวงชั่ว ราคาไม่แพง ได้รับบริการระดับพรีเมียม มีชักโครกอัจฉริยะ และของใช้ในห้องน้ำแบบใช้แล้วทิ้ง รู้สึกเหมือนอยู่บ้านเลยครับ แนะนำเลย!

โรงแรมก็โอเค เตียงแข็งไปนิดตามมาตรฐานตะวันตกแต่ทุกอย่างสะอาดมาก ไม่สามารถพูดสิ่งที่ดีได้มากพอเกี่ยวกับมิเชล เฉิน ผู้นำหน้าใหม่ ซึ่งภาษาอังกฤษของเขายอดเยี่ยมมาก และมีความสุภาพอย่างเหลือเชื่อ เขาช่วยจองตั๋วเรือเฟอร์รี่ของเราไป Gulangyu ด้วยซ้ำ! ถ้าเจอก็ถามเรื่อง Fawlty Towers สิ! สิ่งเดียวกันนี้ไม่สามารถพูดถึงผู้หญิง 1 คนที่ทำงานในบุฟเฟ่ต์อาหารเช้าได้ ได้ขนมปังมาแบ่งกินบอกชอบขนมปังขนาดนั้นก็ขาย!!!! รู้สึกเหมือนเธอคอยตรวจตราเราทุกครั้งที่เราไปซื้ออาหาร ฉันสงสัยว่าเธอพูดแบบนั้นกับใครก็ตามที่มีเกี๊ยวเต็มจาน มันทำให้เรารู้สึกไม่สบายใจทุกครั้งที่ไปทานอาหารเช้าหลังจากนั้นและนั่นไม่ใช่สัญญาณของโรงแรมที่ดี ฉันจะไม่กลับไปที่เซียะเหมิน แต่เพราะเธอ ถ้าฉันทำ ฉันจะเลือกโรงแรมอื่น

สภาพแวดล้อมของโรงแรมสะอาดและเป็นระเบียบ รูปแบบห้องพักสมบูรณ์แบบ หรูหราโดยไม่เสียอารมณ์ และการบริการที่เอาใจใส่ก็สะดวกสบายเป็นอย่างยิ่ง มันสร้างความรู้สึกเหมือนอยู่บ้านสำหรับฉัน ทุกอย่างไร้ที่ติไม่ว่าจะใหญ่หรือเล็กก็ตาม โรงแรมอยู่ในทำเลที่ดีมาก ดี ฉันมาที่นี่เพื่อเข้าร่วมนิทรรศการ ใกล้กับนิทรรศการ และสะดวกต่อการเดินทาง เป็นห้างสรรพสินค้าที่อยู่ติดกับโรงแรมและมีแหล่งช้อปปิ้งมากมายใน Ruijing Commercial Plaza ตรงข้ามกับอาหารเช้าก็อร่อยและอร่อยมากและเหมาะกับความอยากอาหารของฉันมาก สุภาพ อบอุ่น และรอบคอบ ซึ่งทำให้ฉันรู้สึกเหมือนอยู่บ้านจริงๆ! ไม่ว่าจะเดินทางเพื่อธุรกิจหรือพักผ่อน ฉันแนะนำให้เลือกโรงแรมนี้เพื่อเข้าพัก! ฉันจะยังคงเลือกเซียะเหมินถ้าฉันเคยมา!

โรงแรมบนห้างสรรพสินค้าเล็กๆ พนักงานให้บนิการดีมาก ช่วยเหลือเต็มที่ ดีมากๆทุกอย่าง ยกเว้นแค่เรื่องปลั๊ก ต้องเตรีย ปลั๊กแบบ international adapter มาเอง อาหารเช้าก็อร่อยมากค่ะ ใกล้Metro

ห้องพักดีเยี่ยมและสะอาดมาก อยู่ห่างจากถนนคนเดินจงซานประมาณ 200 เมตร มีร้านอาหารมากมายอยู่ใกล้ๆ และท่าเรือเฟอร์รี่กู่หลางหยูอยู่ไม่ไกล ทำให้เดินทางไปไหนมาไหนสะดวกมาก ฉันขอแนะนำชุดข้าวซี่โครงหมู 27 หยวนที่อยู่ติดกับโรงแรม ซึ่งมีทั้งเนื้อและผัก และเติมได้ไม่อั้น อาหารอร่อยมาก ถึงแม้ห้องจะเล็ก แต่ห้องน้ำมีห้องอาบน้ำและห้องสุขาแยกกัน และห้องอาบน้ำก็กว้างพอสำหรับผู้ใหญ่และเด็กอาบน้ำด้วยกันได้

ห้องพักดี แต่เรื่องความสะอาดอาจต้องปรับปรุง อาจเป็นเพราะพนักงานทำความสะอาดยุ่งมากในช่วงตรุษจีน พนักงานต้อนรับเป็นกันเองมาก และบรรยากาศโดยรวมก็ดีด้วย!
