Very excellent location. Right opposite train station. We would specially highlight the cleaniness of this hotel. Every single details are taken care of . We also had the best breakfast in Gaia beautiful breakfast room. Must must book your rooms with breakfast . Highly recommeded Gaia Hotel to everyone.

การเข้าพักสะดวกสบายมาก หมอนและผ้าห่มนุ่มสบาย ห้องน้ำสะอาดและสว่าง มีเจลอาบน้ำและผ้าเช็ดตัวให้ อาหารเช้าอร่อยมาก ห้องพักกว้างขวาง บรรยากาศโดยรวมและสถาปัตยกรรมของอาคารมีความเป็นเอกลักษณ์และน่าประทับใจ อย่างไรก็ตาม ไม่มีปลั๊กไฟข้างเตียง มีเพียงพอร์ต USB ซึ่งอาจเป็นข้อเสียเล็กน้อย คุณต้องนั่งรถบัสจากสถานีรถไฟ แต่ทางโรงแรมมีบัตรโดยสาร Basel Transport Card ให้ฟรี ฉันชอบการเข้าพักที่นี่และจะกลับมาพักอีกหากมาเที่ยวบาเซิล!

This hotel is great. The staff are very nice and helpful in every way. It has all the amenities that’s required for tourists and it’s very clean.. Breakfast was good no complaints here. They even have a QRCODE for a free ride on the tram or bus. how cool is that. They even called a taxi for us to take us to the Viking tor departure. We definitely recommend this hotel. Oh by the way it’s only five minutes walk to the center Basel..GREAT PLACE.

Es un buen hotel a 1.5 km del centro histórico. Moderno y con personal muy amable. Sin embargo, no tuve opción de averiguar respecto a la calefacción porque no había comunicación con recepción y es ridículo tener que bajar a consultar en mostrador. Por otra parte, no creo ser un hooligan para que deba garantizar con 200 francos suizos posibles daños. La tarifa debe considerar el costo de un seguro general pero debe ser a cargo y riesgo de la empresa hotelera y no de todos os pasajeros. También me fastidió que desistieran darme un recibo o factura dónde constase el servicio, la garantía aportada y el pago del impuesto turístico. Será por no utilizar papel? Que la envién por email. O se trata de ocultar facturación?

Our first visit to the lovely city of Basel and the hotel is well situated on Clarastrasse, which was just a short 10-minute tram ride from the Basel SBB main train station. It is well connected to many parts of the city with the tram stop just a minute from the entrance. There is a Coop supermarket and a nice Klara food court with a great atmosphere for meals on the same stretch. The room was clean, bright and spacious for our family of 2 adults and a 8yo. We slept very well as there was no noise our room faced a residential courtyard. Lastly, kudos to the warm reception we experienced at check-in and check-out. Thank you for an overall lovely 2 nights at the Pullman. We will choose to stay here on our next trip to wonderful Basel.

พนักงานน่ารักมาก พนักงานบริการอีกด้วย บุฟเฟ่ต์อาหารเช้าเยี่ยมมาก! บางสิ่งบางอย่างสำหรับทุกรสนิยม แต่ไม่มากเกินไป ในห้องมันร้อนเกินไปสำหรับฉัน บางทีอาจเป็นเพราะฉันคุ้นเคยกับสภาพอากาศที่เย็นกว่า แม้ว่าจะอยู่ใจกลางเมือง แต่จะเงียบสงบมาก แต่เรามีความสุขกับการเข้าพักจริงๆ ขอบคุณ

The hotel itself looks nice and the location is just outside the main touristic areas. Parking area is inconvenient and difficult to figure out. It took awhile for the Staff to explain clearly. The room itself was a bit small. And the airconditioning/ventilation wasn’t working well.
