Location is great, right at Copacabana beach. The hotel has its own cafe at the beach, where you can get towels and chairs/umbrellas (subject to availability though). Lots of various restaurants and cafes nearby, couple of supermarkets within a walking distance. We arrived a couple of hours earlier than check-in time, but the room was ready, which was nice. And in general the staff was great. The breakfast is the same during all the stay. Nothing special, but plenty of food is available. The room is a bit dated, but has all necessary things (kettle, coffee machine, fridge, safe, etc) and the view is magnificent. Nice small pool on the top floor. During our stay it was not crowded, but probably during the peak periods the size could be an issue. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Very friendly staff, nice hotel. I booked a suite for one night, the room was clean although it could use some refurbishing. One window didn't lock, so the noise from the street was constant. Located in a street with some stores, but not an area where you feel safe walking around. No toiletries included apart from s soap and shower gel/shampoo. Coffee machine in the bedroom with 2 coffee pods. I couldn't see a menu anywhere, assumed these were complimentary, as in most hotels where you rent a suite. I was surprised to be charged 1.5 USD per capsule on checkout, and that there was a QR code informing me of this in the room. I couldn't find it anywhere though. All in all, great staff, but there is definitely a much better price to service/location ratio than this hotel in Rio

This is an extremely impressive hotel i have ever experienced. The most impressive aspect is the service and Diego is a legend! Everything you need can be solved and managed by Diego super, professionally, systematically, precisely, prompt and warmly, just like magic and miracle. if I could score higher, I would have given triple so high as full score for Diego's service! I am really really glad to recall the days in this hotel!!!

El hotel es hermoso y bien ubicado, a nuestra habitación le faltaba bastante mantenimiento en el baño. Las camas y demás instalaciones son muy buenas al igual que el desayuno.

Отель находится в центре, расположение хорошее, много достопримечательностей рядом, но на улице много бездомных, что немного напрягает. Отель старый, но опрятный. Очень вкусный и разнообразный завтрак по системе ”шведский стол”. Окна номера 1401 выходят в узкий дворик (14 этаж). Кондиционер старинный, шумный, но охлаждал хорошо. Шумный холодильник. Жить можно, но не очень комфортно.

ประหลาดใจมากที่ได้เห็นห้องพักที่ได้รับการปรับปรุงใหม่ เฟอร์นิเจอร์สวยงาม และเครื่องใช้ในห้องน้ำคุณภาพดี ดีจังเลยที่มีพื้นที่ทำงานร่วมกันด้านล่างด้วย

โรงแรมที่น่ารักจริงๆในทําเลที่ดี สถานที่สะอาดมาก พนักงานเป็นมิตรมากและบริการดีมาก อาหารก็อร่อยเช่นกัน ฉันมีช่วงเวลาที่ดีที่นี่และอยากจะแนะนําให้คนอื่น ๆ

พวกเราสนุกกับอาหารเช้าและสระว่ายน้ำบนดาดฟ้ามาก! น่าเสียดายที่บาร์ริมสระไม่เปิดในคืนวันอาทิตย์
