2BR Stay with Fireplace Hot Tub BBQ - Tasman

"The white door to my room could be opened from the outside, allowing anyone to enter and preventing me from leaving. I contacted the platform for a long time but no one came to handle it, which was very unsafe! Later, when the staff came, they told us that they had connected all the rooms during a previous event and forgot to lock them, which is absolutely outrageous! It ruined my entire afternoon's schedule!"

"I stayed here for two nights. From the first night, there was no hot water, and I could smell what seemed to be gas, so I urgently tried to contact the property. However, I could not reach anyone at all. I genuinely feared for my safety and tried contacting them repeatedly, but I did not manage to get a response until late on the second night. Even then, their comments gave me the impression that they were not taking the situation seriously. What should have been an enjoyable stay in Tekapo was completely ruined by anxiety, frustration, and the amount of time I had to spend dealing with these problems. There were other serious issues as well, including problems with the plumbing and a broken shower-room door. In my experience, the property did not even meet the basic standards I would expect from paid accommodation. The way the staff handled the situation was also extremely disappointing. Based on my experience, I strongly recommend against staying here."
