The hotel need to improved on maintenance, the receptionist is super helpful and the parking and traffic here is a nightmare unless u check in after midnight

The 'best' hotel in Lahad Datu I've been told. Room is good facilities, breakfast is pretty good. Room is a little old but well maintained.

Stayed for 1 night. Overall good except for few things: 1. It’s bathroom, because while showering, the water doesn’t drain, causing water to pool/accumulate during the shower. 2. The sink also leak when we used it. 3. There’s also loud music noise coming from nearby area, but we didn’t mind much of it.

I think this hotel is your best bet in Lahad Datu. Make it yourself comfortable and just pick this place!

The overall stay was great. There was a store nearby that helped me to get the essentials that I needed, and its just walking distance. The facilities are clean and well maintained.

The location is excellent, with a supermarket conveniently situated right next to the hotel and plenty of food options within a 5-minute walk. The bed was comfortable, and the surrounding area is quiet, making it easy to get a good night’s rest. The only downside was that my room was located on the 3rd floor, which may be inconvenient for some guests. Other than that, everything was great and offered good value for money.
