Our stay at Lahad Datu was super brief and quite uneventful as it rained the whole day on the day we arrived. Spacious room and located near to the airport

We had a bad experiences. We have 3 adults for business trip. the room got smell and the sofa seat got a big stains which not remove it.

Big clean room, comfortable to stay. Located in the middle of the city so we have access for restaurants & shops just walks away. Old hotel but overall good vibe.

This hotel is very old and there are nothing much been provided by the hotel management.. LCD TV provided but no TV signals available hence you cannot enjoy for even local TV programme. No Wifi provided as well in the room and the air conditioning unit was very old and giving annoying sounds whenever you turn on. The room and corridor has a smell like old building but overall cleanliness still acceptable. The shopping mall attached was not really a shopping mall, instead is more like a handphone services center and nothing else. Food stalls available nearby but the hotel will not open the door to access the nearby shops between 6pm till morning 8~9am, hence you only can go in and out from the main entrance and made a big turn to get to nearby shops like 7-eleven. The passenger lift is small and only can accommodate 2 pax each time. Not recommended for stay for business traveller or short trip, there are a few nearby hotels looks better than this hotel.

I think this is the best hotel in lahad datu, it was very strategic places because it was located in the middle of town. In addition the hotel is situated at the inside of the mall building.The room was alsi very clean,big and cheap. Thank you for the great service.
