โรงแรมใกล้กับ Haan Mansion Museum of Indiana Art, ลาฟาแยต

I would definitely recommend that people stay here. Great service. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and spacious and a really good price. Also, convenient location, CLOSE TO EVERYTHING!!!

Shame on you, Hilton. For $800 per night, I expect more....a LOT more. I should have known there was going to be a problem before we even arrived. I had used the Hilton app to select a room. Several hours later, the app notified me that our room had been switched for some unknown reason. I called the hotel, and was told that maybe the other room ”extended their stay”. OK, no problem. So we arrived at 11pm after a long day of traveling and tried to get into our ”new” room with the app, and of course the key didn't work. We also noticed that there was a loud TV next door, which was easily heard in the hallway. So we trudged over with our suitcases to the front desk (in another building), to complain about the change/key/location of room. We were greeted by ”grandma” and her poodle, crocheting on the couch; ”daughter” working the front desk; and ”granddaughter” (the only one who seemed to know what was going on), who telephoned the room with the loud TV and addressed the occupant by his first name saying ”Hey, are you watching the TV?” Real high class welcome. I requested another room on a different floor. Our new room greeted us with the cooling system fan on full blast and the ceiling fan going....and the room was too hot! We tried to get a good night's sleep, but no luck. The next day, I called the front desk and said the A/C didn't seem to be working. A maintenance guy showed up about 10 mins later and said that ”the freon was out and did I want them to fix it?” He did get it fixed during the time we attended our son's commencement ceremony, hence my generous ”2-star” review instead of ”1-star”. On to our ”free breakfast”: they should have paid us to eat it!! Gross at best. (You have been warned.) Cleanliness of the room? LOL. Carpets were old and had unknown dried ”stuff” stuck in places, curtains were ripped, furniture upholstery stained, mold in the shower, etc. You get the picture, but I added a couple anyway. Oh yeah, on the 3rd night, our key didn't work so we had to trudge on over to the desk for another one. While walking over there, we saw ”grandma” in a loose, silky robe, running through the hallway. Like I said, real classy. I have lost my faith in Hilton. Absolutely unacceptable to take advantage of Purdue graduation weekend and force us to stay in a VERY low quality hotel, knowing that we'll never be back. I'm canceling my Hilton Honors account and credit card right now.

เช็คอินเร็วพอจะว่ายน้ําก่อนเวลานอน แต่อย่างไรก็ตามสระว่ายน้ําอยู่ฝั่งที่เย็นกว่านี้แน่นอนไม่ค่อยฟินเท่าไรไม่มีอ่างน้ําร้อนให้อุ่นเข้าและซาวน่าก็หมดห่วง เตียงนอนสบายและห้องพักเงียบอย่างน่าแปลกใจตั้งแต่เสียงถนนไฮเวย์ดังมาก ผมให้ 3 ดาว เพราะห้องซาวน่าและสระว่ายน้ําและเพราะเซอร์ไพรส์ตอนออกมาจากฝักบัวในตอนเช้าๆ ด้หยิบผ้าเช็ดตัวมาตากด้วยและมันด้ายเปลือยอยู่หลายจุดใหญ่ๆ อย่างแท้จริง มีป้ายบอกในห้องให้บอกทางฟร้อนท์ว่ามีอะไรผิดปกติ เลยเอาผ้าเช็ดตัวชั้นล่างมาด้วย ตอนไปทานอาหารเช้าและโชว์ให้พนักงานหน้าฟร้อนท์ เธอบอกว่า “โอ้ขอโทษ ขอผมเอาอันใหม่ให้” ผมก็เหมือนว่า “ผมไม่ต้องการอันนี้แล้ว” และนั่นคือขอบเขตที่เธอให้เรื่องไร้สาระ เปล่า ที่นี่มีรางวัลฟรีบางจุด หรือ ขอผมลด 10% หรืออะไรก็ได้ แค่ ”โอ้ขอโทษ” ขณะที่เรานั่งผ่านอาหารเช้า ค่อนข้างมั่นใจว่า เราได้ยิน ”ขอโทษ” อีก 3 ครั้ง เรื่องอย่างอื่น ขอโทษไม่ได้ทําให้ทุกอย่างดีขึ้น าก ได้รับที่นั่นตอนนี้กําลังลําบาก แต่ไม่มีเหตุผลที่จะใช้ผ้าห่มเพื่อขนหนู และขอโทษ ไม่ใช่การบริการลูกค้า ลาฟาเยตมีตัวเลือกโรงแรมและรางวัลมากมายหรือไม่ นี่คงไม่เป็นหนึ่งในของฉันอีก ประหยัดความผิดหวังให้พักที่อื่นเถอะ

พอดีอยู่ในเมืองเพื่อทํางานและไม่ได้ใช้เวลาในโรงแรมมากนักแต่ประทับใจที่พักจริงๆ ห้องน้ํากว้างขวางและสะดวกสบาย เตียงนอนก็สุดยอด! ไม่มีโอกาสได้ลองอาหารเช้าแต่หอมวิเศษมากๆ ครั้งหน้ามาเมืองก็จะดีใจที่ได้พักที่นี่อีก!

The room was spacious, clean, felt safe It was cold and windy outside, I am thinking this establishment would be more inviting in warmer weather. We ran the dishwasher, didn't look clean to me and the detergent was clogged in the dispenser. Not a deal killer, we didn't need the plates and silverware for one night, It does make you aware of attention paid to the room. Everything else seemed clean, full size refrigerator, sink, a person could stay here comfortably for a longer period of time. I didn't use the pool, the water was clear, the bottom either needed repainted or it was dirty, I cannot say because I didn't check, the initial appearance wasn't inviting. Breakfast was bare bone, bread, a few bagels, and prepackaged microwaveable breakfast sandwiches, They were tasty though, Overall a Good Stay! Different from places we stayed on our trip, BUT, If i was going to spend a few days in Lafayette Indiana, I would stay here
