Very beautiful rooms but with important problems : 1) Light insulation totally insufficient. It’s necessary to sleep with the mask 2) the bed is too hard, not so comfortable 3) The breakfast is of a good level but impossible to have the coffee if you are in a hurry as the staff is insufficient and there is no self service machine It’s a pity because the rooms are good and the position also, but I can not recommend this hotel

Wir waren zu einem Konzert in der ZAG Arena. Das Hotel ist hierzu sehr gut gelegen. Man kann zu Fuß zur Konzerthalle gehen. Das Personal war sehr nett und sehr freundlich. Wir waren in einem Nebenbau untergebracht. Die Verdunkelung war kaputt. Uns wurde sofort ein neues Zimmer angeboten. Die Zimmer waren sauber und ordentlich. Wir fanden die Zimmer leider etwas hellhörig. Wir haben nicht gefrühstückt. Insgesamt ist das Hotel für eine Nacht ok

Sadly having a negative review about an Accor hotel after a very long time.. So here goes - first look at the hotel, completely impressed. Great structure, beautiful green surroundings, just amazing - check in: Saturday 7th August. The lady at the counter seemed genuinely upset that we had decided to disturb her by checking in. Having a bad day perhaps ? Sorry but you chose to work in the service industry. - At 14:15 i was told that I have to pay more since check in time is 15:00. Unfortunately I had to throw out the 'I am a Gold member' card. Does it need to come to this ? Shouldnt the system be checked first before asking a client to pay ? While I know this is Germany / Europe etc. and service is not considered important, I would make it clear I was not expecting a red carpet or trumpets. A simple smile and welcome to the hotel would have been enough. -No welcome drink voucher offered. I did not even bother asking for one. In the rest of the world the Gold card (or membership) is acknowledged with a thank you or a welcome back etc. Again not life changing at all. But isnt that the reason one stays in a chain hotel instead of family BnB's or Airbnb etc. so that one can expect uniformity irrespective of the location? Something for Accor to ponder about. Room - There is no AC. Just FYI. No complains because I had just assumed there will be one and not checked in advance - Booked a double bed which ended up being with 2 seperate single matresses. So if you are there with your partner and hoping to even hug in bed, one of you will slip in between the matresses. Bizarre ! Location - great with respect to the train station and all other sigh seeing venues - negative because it is close to a (what seems major) intersections and open windows and emergency vehicles can make life tough. Lastly.. There was no espresso machine in the room and if I remember correctly no bathrobe either. While the corona excuse might be valid, I believe anyone willingly chosing to stay in a hotel will not suddenly get worried because of an espresso machine in the room. Please do not advertise it anymore or state it clearly that is to save money. The biggest positive - Free parking Quote EXECUTIVE - 1DB BED 2 Adults , 0 Child Even more space for added comfort. Our Executive Rooms offer plenty of space along with various extras, such as a free minibar, free premium WIFI, free room service, Nespresso machine in the room, bathrobe and free parking. Unquote

ห้องพักสะดวกสบายมากและมีทุกสิ่งที่ฉันต้องการสําหรับการเข้าพัก 2 วัน อาหารเช้าก็โอเค มีตัวเลือกอาหารอุ่น ๆ มากมาย ทําเลที่ตั้งดีพอ เดิน 20 นาทีไปยังสถานีรถไฟหลัก ถัดจากโรงแรมมีร้านอาหารไม่กี่แห่งซูเปอร์มาร์เก็ตและร้านขายยาซึ่งสะดวกมาก ทําเลที่ตั้งยังง่ายต่อการไปยังสถานที่ต่างๆ พนักงานเป็นมืออาชีพและช่วยเหลือดีมาก

Die nettestetn Angestellten die ich jemals gesehen habe. Ich lebe mehrere Monate im Jahr in Hotels und bin begeistert von Dormero. Freies schnelles WLAN, kostenlose Minibar die täglich aufgefüllt wird, kostenlose Premium Kaffeemaschine, kostenlose Früchte, Süßigkeiten und Snacks in der Lobby 24/7 verfügbar und die Zimmerpreise sind ein Schnäppchen für die Leistung die man erhält. Ich gebe eine 12 von 10 Punkten ❤️

Das Hotel befindet sich direkt am Messegelände und der ZAG Arena, in die Innenstadt braucht man mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln ca. 30 Minuten. Die Allgemeinbereiche erinnern stark an die 90er Jahre bzw Anfang der 2000er und könnten eine kleine Modernisierung vertragen. Der ”SPA-Bereich” ist einfach eine Sauna mit Duschen, Umkleide und einem kleinen kahlen Raum mit zwei kargen Liegen. Nicht mal Deko. Wirkte sehr lieblos und nicht so, als würde sich häufig jemand hierher verirren. Unser Zimmer hat uns hingegen gut gefallen. Bett bequem, Bad in Ordnung, Sauberkeit hat auch gepasst. Das Frühstück fanden wir ebenfalls gut und haben nichts vermisst. Preislich dafür, dass es so weit außerhalb der Stadt liegt und keine netten Extras (wie z. B. einen schönen SPA-Bereich ;-)) bietet, eher am oberen Rand. Parkhaus mit 22 €/Nacht ebenfalls nicht günstig.

ฉันมาเยี่ยมครอบครัวที่นี่เป็นประจําตั้งแต่ปี 2007 และยังคงเป็นสถานที่โปรดของฉันในฮันโนเวอร์ ฉันมักจะพยายามจองมาตรฐานอพาร์ทเมนต์ „ พร้อมพื้นที่นอนแยกต่างหาก เนื่องจากอยู่บนชั้นสี่จึงค่อนข้างร้อนที่นั่นในฤดูร้อนเนื่องจากไม่มีเครื่องปรับอากาศ ทําเลสะดวกไม่ไกลจากป้ายรถราง บุฟเฟ่ต์อาหารเช้าดีมาก (ลบที่ไม่มีกาแฟ decaf) สะอาดมากและมีอุปกรณ์ซักรีด (มีค่าใช้จ่าย) ต้องการอะไรอีก อยากจะแนะนําอย่างแน่นอน โดยเฉพาะอย่างยิ่งสําหรับการเข้าพักระยะยาว
