the parking is near the hotel, underground parking area. quite convenient.

The hotel was suitable for a business traveler. Only hotel in La Spezia with a Gym

close to the portal, need take taxi or bus to the train station. While I enjoy 20minutes walking through the main street to get there. Great staff, checked in for me earlier than expected, because the room was ready. I appreciate that. I paid in a good price for Clean and good amenities, very happy stay there. If I'm going back to the city, I'm gonna stay with them again

Good experience, however receptionist Paola was a little harsh. Unable to multitask however the rest of it was fine.

Rooms with poor sound isolation and doors which are slamming by standard if you don't watch out. No words needed, that this is a bad combination to have good sleep. Also very little space to put anything down and the air conditioning didn't work either.

Mostly good but I wanted to use cattle however cattle is a thing that only available in superior room.

Great location just near the harbour with lots of bars and street food. Hotel is perfectly located to start the boat trip to Cinque Terre. Definitely worth to visit and stay.

房間很乾凈，雖然小，但是設施齊全。服務也不錯。酒店就在海邊。過去散步很方便。酒店的早餐也很豐富。下次還會考慮繼續入住。

步行到拉斯佩齊亞中央火車站二十分鐘，酒店附近有地下停車場，找酒店前台要停車卡九折，18歐可以停24小時。房間可以看到海景。沒啥缺點挺好的。

位置還不錯，緊貼市政府和老警局，斜對面就是主教堂，CBD，到碼頭走路5分鐘，離火車站稍遠，走着20分鐘也就到了，從裝修到禮遇跟國內四星比較接近，我們可能訂的比較晚，房間在2樓陰面，面積比較小，箱子展不開，舒適度尚可，停車運氣好停樓下就行早8：30開始到下午5點還是幾點1.5歐一小時，隔壁地下停車場18歐24小時，找前台要停車卡去入口機器塞進去激活就行，安全係數沒的説，總體沒坑，可選

超コスパよし。部屋が綺麗で洗練されていた。デザインも結構すき。アメニティ少なかったかもしれないけど使う気そもそもないからあんまり関係なかった。従業員の方はみんな丁寧で優しかった。朝食はたくさん種類があった上においしかった。歩くのが好きなので駅から遠かったのも気にならない。この値段でこのサービスは泊まる価値あり。
