โรงแรมใกล้กับ Vincent GuerlaisในLa Chapelle-sur-Erdre

หนึ่งในการเข้าพักที่น่าตื่นเต้นของฉันขณะเดินทางไปต่างประเทศคือที่โรงแรม premier class แห่งนี้ ดิฉันควรจะตระหนักได้ว่า Premier class เป็นแบรนด์และไม่ใช่การสะท้อนให้กับโรงแรมซึ่งเป็นระดับสามชั้นมาก ๆ อาคารทั้งหลังต้องปรับปรุงอย่างมีนัยสําคัญซึ่งน่าจะรวมความสะอาดที่ลึกมากของกุงเกะทั้งหมดไว้ให้หมด เชื่อจริงๆ ว่าโชคดีที่มาถึงตอน reception เปิด ต่อมาในตอนเย็นนั้นผมได้เห็นผู้ชายพยายามเช็คอินโดยไม่มีพนักงานต้อนรับให้บริการและ terminal ภายนอกสําหรับการจองในไม่ทํางาน พนักงาน Front of house เป็นกันเองอย่างไม่น่าเชื่อและน่ายินดีที่ได้เช็คอิน จากองค์ประกอบนี้ของการบริการก็ลงตัวมาก ห้องพักเล็กอย่างไม่น่าเชื่อน่าจะทําให้เล็กกว่านี้ด้วยการมีเตียงสองเตียงในห้องที่ตรงกันข้ามกับเตียงหนึ่ง ห้องน้ําก็แคบ ช้า 1 แต่กลับกัน 2 มันเล็ก ๆ ด้านใน อนบวกสามารถล้างเท้าขณะนั่งอยู่ในห้องน้ําได้ สบู่มีให้ไม่เพียงพอและมีแค่ตู้กดมือซึ่งผมว่าน่าจะเป็นเจลอาบน้ํา อุณหภูมิของน้ําก็ใช้ได้เช่นเดียวกับความดันจากฝักบัว โรงแรมนี้ตั้งอยู่บนเส้นทางบินไปยังสนามบินนานาชาติ ดังนั้นถ้าคุณเป็นนักบินที่ชื่นชอบ คุณยินดีที่จะทราบว่าเครื่องบินต่าง ๆ บินเหนือหัวทุกสามหรือสี่นาที อาหารเช้าตอนเช้าค่อนข้างผิดหวังเล็กน้อย ขนมปัง เนย แยม และโยเกิร์ต น้ําส้มและกาแฟ เพิ่มเติมเนื้อสัตว์บางชิ้น แพท ชีส คงทําให้อาหารเช้านี้มากกว่า continental breakfast อย่างที่คิดไว้ โรงแรมนี้อยู่ในระดับล่างสุดของสเปซงบประมาณแน่นอนและนั่นก็ใช่ได้แน่นอนคุณได้รับสิ่งที่จ่ายไปทั้งหมด ผมให้คะแนนโรงแรมนี้สูงกว่าที่อาจจะเคยเป็นปกติเนื่องจากพนักงานที่อํานวยความสะดวกดีมาก

โรงแรมตั้งอยู่ในทําเลที่ดี ราคาดี ที่จอดรถอาจจะถูกนิดหน่อย 12 ยูโรต่อวัน หากคุณมาถึงตอนกลางคืนและไปแต่เช้าก็ราคาเท่ากันถ้าคุณออกตอนเที่ยง มันแย่ไปหน่อย โรงแรมมีความสะดวกสบายและสะดวกสบายมากและสะอาดและมีอุปกรณ์ครบครัน

Hotel very clean , breakfast staff excellent however on the evening where there the reception staff although they tried to be helpful didn’t really know any where we could eat other than the pizza restaurant next to the airport , we found it rather strange that the restaurants in the hotel & her sister hotel right next door where closed for lunch & evening meals , yes snacks could be had but no proper meals , we googled for places and found a Chinese buffet not to far away and asked the receptionist to call a taxi for us which she kindly did however the taxi driver who arrived took us the longest way and consequently the fare was €35 euro which according to other taxi drivers we spoke to had said that the fare should be €15-20 , try getting a price before committing !!!!!

We had an issue with the floor of our bathroom being wet. After using the shower, we noticed it was leaking from under the bath. This was reported, but we were told as it was late it would not be possible to have it looked at. We were offered to move rooms, but as this was a joint room, we could use the bathroom of the other room so stayed. We mentioned the issue again the next day on check out and this receptionist was not aware but said she would have it looked at. The following day I had €200 deducted from my bank. I rang up to see why and was accused of making a mess in the bathroom, flooding it. I was told a technician could not find an issue and so it must be ‘guest error’. After multiple calls about the issue I finally received a call and was told that after a visit from a second technician, there actually was an issue and received an apology. While I appreciate the apology, I wasted a morning of my holiday worrying and dealing with this issue and do not appreciate having a random fine deducted from my card with absolutely no communication beforehand. There appears to be no system for staff to log issues reported by guests, as if the issue was communicated effectively to the morning staff, they would have been fully aware and would have had that staff members testimony. Instead I was told that they would have to wait until that staff member started later in the day to get ‘her side of the story’. In summary instead of receiving an apology for a fault in our room, we received an accusation and a fine. The poor communication made this all the worse. If this is the type of service Best Western are proud of, I will certainly not be returning or recommending your hotels.

Excellent surprise for this hotel conveniently located between Nantes city center and on the way to the airport if catching a plane. I booked a one-night stay (04th - 05th December 2021) also based on the positive reviews read on Google and ***********. My stay in room 304 was extremely pleasant as the room is perfectly located on the courtyard, providing a quiet surrounding. The room itself is big and I was particularly impressed by its cleanliness. Furthermore, check in and check out at reception was very smooth and handled professionally. Talking to the reception team, it is obvious they genuinely like their job in the hospitality business. Their commitment, all the more resounding in this time of uncertainty, is pleasant and warm to witness. Next time in Nantes, I have found my preferred hotel :-)

Residence สวยมาก อพาร์ทเม้นท์กว้างขวาง อุปกรณ์ครบครัน ต้อนรับดี ที่จอดรถใหญ่ เงียบสงบมาก ช่วงปลายปี ให้คําแนะนําได้ดี อยู่ใกล้แหล่งชอปปิ้ง 2 แห่ง ถึง 5 นาที นั่งรถไป แนะนํา

โรงแรมตั้งอยู่ใจกลางเมืองใกล้กับทุกที่ที่คุณต้องการ ดาดฟ้าที่มีชื่อเสียงอยู่ตรงข้ามกับโรงแรม และมีร้านอาหารให้เลือกมากมายในระยะที่เดินไปถึง ฉันชอบแนวคิดเรื่องอาหารเช้าตอนดึกและการออกแบบ จะพักที่นี่อีกแน่นอนเมื่อจะมีการเยี่ยมชมของ Nante ในอนาคต

ตามปกติ ฉันปรับความเห็นของฉันให้เข้ากับระดับของโรงแรมและราคา เซอร์ไพรส์ที่ห้องนอนที่ดีมากกลับมาใหม่ สิ่งที่ยอดเยี่ยม อาหารเช้าใน Campanile ฉันยอมรับว่าฉันชอบมากกว่า สองสิ่งที่ไม่พึงประสงค์แยกจากโรงแรมและเกือบคลาสสิกในโรงแรมเหล่านี้กลิ่นควันบุหรี่ที่มาถึงโดยเครื่องบินขอบคุณ c... และเสียงของนกกระสาหน้าบันไดตอนเช้า ดูประตูของคุณที่เชื่อว่าทุกคนตื่นตอน 6 หรือ 7 โมงเย็นในวันเสาร์ ไม่นานรู้จะอยู่ก็ต้องเป็นของที่หรูหรา
