He is the problem with the hotel. There is no substitute for broken and raggedy equipment and trying to remodel what needs to be replaced.
In their frugal approach to remodeling, they have failed to accommodate anybody of standards, It’s not the location of the service people working in the hotel. The physical structure in Dyer. Need of repair. My toilet did not work correctly, on my first attempt to use it as a toilet it stopped up. The same gurgling in bubbling exist, making me use the public pressure toilet in the main lobby is opposed to using the one in my room for future deposits. I never had warm water let alone hot, Morning evening late night, no variation and temperature. Every fixture is corroded and has Hardin water in it and on it. The bathroom sink, water, no water, flow or pressure to speak of. This hotel is currently taking US Navy Sailors, for sure relief at a discounted price. If they only upgraded the facilities, their rooms will be Full at a regular price. The price they are charging exceed the quality of many of the hotels Downtown, but the quality Downtown, exceeded totally amenities of four points hotel. I stay for four nights to participate in a wedding. I am now in Santiago. Living like a king for less. I realize they’re still under a remodel stage of their hotel. However, that part is blocked off. Meaning, the existing area is acceptable and meet the criteria of the Sheraton group. The highlight of the trip was breakfast. Was always nice warm and made to order. If ask. The selection at the breakfast buffet was a great boost. But I go back and suffer the indignity. Only if it was convenient for me to suffer; hopefully they will make the necessary modifications and all the bathroom, fixtures, carpet, etc..
