酒店地理位置蠻好的 上天空島方便 不過也比較老舊了 房間不大 隔音比較一般 但整體還算比較乾淨 主要是旅行團住宿

Slecht en duur hotel. Ontbijt was redelijk. Zeer oude kamers en locatie.

房間裏灰塵到處可見，接到人員敷衍了事，晚餐菜單上的食物大多沒有，菜餚的製作馬虎，口味太差！

房間陳舊，很小很小！價格還那麼高！

Really impressed about this. Plugs everywhere! No more unplugging the lamp or fridge to use my chargers and able to keep my phone close by. Good windows, the close and seal properly. Large tv up on the wall. No water. That would have scores a 5 star for me. Rooms are clean but simple and practical, down to to the necessities. Coffee/tea maker, small snacks, bisquites. It's a good hotel, fully booked, I couldn't get a reservation for dinner, the restaurant was packed. Washroom is mint, good shower, quality controls. Again, if there was water in the room this would have new a 5 star rating. I had to pay 2 pounds for a little bottle from the lobby. Free parking behind the hotel.

This hotel had the lumpiest mattress ever, one of the poorest quality breakfasts I've ever experienced & staff who couldn't even be bothered to acknowledge your presence, let alone smile, bar 2 exceptions. The lovely lady overseeing breakfast & one of the waitresses in the dining room in the evening. Water pressure was non-existent but the views were fabulous.

The hotel is a little ‘tired’ looking, it could do with redecoration and new carpets. However, the bed linen & towels were good quality and the beds comfortable. The staff were extremely warm, welcoming and helpful. The cost of the room and our breakfast was very good value.

The hotel had a dirty, unkempt feel. The hallways and our room reeked of cigarette smoke when we arrived but luckily we could open a window. We could feel the springs in the worn out mattress. The dishes were not clean; they ran out of food at breakfast. Didn’t matter much- the food was not appetizing. The ice machine was broken with none to provide guests. I would not feel safe as a woman traveling alone as the back door was always open and there were no security locks on room doors. I will give one star for clean linens and nice people who worked there. The best part was checking out.

Initial impressions count and check in was a messy experience although we were dealt with ok overall. A harassed receptionist seemed to be coping with the woes of the world as he tried to deal with repeated interruptions - including ladies demanding hair dryers. Our room was comfortable enough and had a nice view of the water and hills but the bathroom was awkward, with a sloping ceiling to walk into in the dark during the night - or standing up from the loo! The WiFi worked well. The single beds were smallish but comfortable. Dinner was pleasant but unsophisticated. A seafood salad was served with enough fish for two but presented in an uninviting fashion. Fishcakes were good but soup was lukewarm. The dessert of the day was a rather basic apple crumble which, when we got the bill, turned out to be the item where the hotel makes its profit margin! Our waitress was very pleasant but the end of the meal was marred by an odd misunderstanding between her and reception. Despite us asking to sign the bill, it appeared they thought we had done a runner, and our presence at reception was demanded during our drinks in the lounge. No delay was acceptable and the poor waitress was sent back twice to hurry us up. Transpired they had mixed up room numbers of their diners - but it was poorly dealt with. (We did pay by the way) Checkout was fine once someone turned up to do it. Overall impressions were of an establishment which was quite comfortable but not in any way luxurious - and trying hard but rather disorganised.

Please don’t stay here……Substandard, tired, scruffy hotel, very over priced. We had an “updated” room, with modern bathroom, shower was great. beds old, and very substandard quality. Doors, etc badly scratched, and all the fire doors along the corridor were wedged open when we returned after dinner. We removed the wedges and closed the fire doors. Would highly recommend you know how to swiftly exit this hotel. Restaurant looks pretty desperate and highly priced. We ate elsewhere. A very bad place to stay.

TERRIBLE, DISGUSTING, DIRTY accommodation and rude staff. The rooms lacked cleaning. Stayed for two nights. No maid service. We were told that management does not allow it. Musty smells throughout the hotel. Came with a tour group and were rushed through dinner and told to leave the dining room before most were done with their dessert as another group was to be seated. The Isle of Skye was beautiful, but the two nights at the Kings Arms were less than a 1 rating.

one of the worst hotels. There is VERY lack of cleanliness everywhere - both in the rooms, reception and in the restaurant. The rooms are not cleaned, and wet towels remain for the next day. Don't be surprised if you have to clean the table or table tools by yourself. Don't go to a restaurant because if you order duck breast, you will get a very hard thigh. The only good things are the kind girl at the bar and sea view. Low low value for price

We stayed her for one night. It has a lovely location, but that is it. It is overpriced and the hotel needs a propper cleaning!. Due to the lack of alternatives we had both dinner and breakfast at the hotel. The food was tasteless, and the restaurant is really dirty. When we came down for breakfast the table we used for dinner was still not cleaned. I will not stay here again or recommend this hotel to others.

The worst hotel i have ever stayed in. Mattress had springs digging into my back. The bed side lamp was hanging off the wall and didn't work and there was some type of scum all over bathroom floor. (I took photos) and the sink was rusting at the back but had been painted over. Furniture in lobby was smelly and dirty.
