Love this Hotel. Discovered it during Covid, when we were not allowed to leave Suzhou! Hospitality is top. The kids love the outside pool, the main reson we stay at Fairmont every year during the Summer Holidays for a few days. The indoor Playground is for me too small, too hot, but, for FREE and my kids age 6-10 can enjoy themselves nevertheless, for hours there! There is a small farm, archery, Go-cart, but we went only once, a bit expensive, the outside pool is enough for them! 喜欢这家酒店。 客户服务非常客气。 孩子们喜欢外面的游泳池，这是我们每年暑假都会住Fairmont几天的主要原因。 室内游乐场对我来说太小，太热，但是，免费的，我6-10岁的孩子们还是在那可以玩几个小时！ 有一个小农场，射箭，卡丁车，但我们只去了一次，有点贵，外面的游泳池就足够了！

Room is big and clean, service is good, with a huge park for kids to play, so good for staycation.

We spent 3 nights at the Fairmont on Yangcheng Lake recently the second week of Chinese New Year. The hotel and accomodation was excellent. We were kindly upgraded to the Fairmont Gold floor and were fantastically looked after by the team there. The rooms were large, with good facilities and quality finishing (loved the shower especially). The hotel has massive gardens and outdoor activities to do (we did some Archery) and is linked to a farm as well. It also has an indoor pool and gym area too. With the weather so cold the outdoor activities were limited (no Kayaking etc). It would have been good if they had a table tennis / pool table / darts area for indoor activities. With the location there are no supermarkets or restaurants near by so you are restricted to the hotel. The breakfast buffet was expansive and great quality. The room service options were varied and good quality and they did have a Chinese restaurant open each night. The buffet restaurant is only open at night on the weekend. If we came again we would come in warmer weather when the water sports were open and the outdoor pool was open to really get the most out of the stay.

We stayed here for a weekend as a break. The outdoor pool is nice and there are parks and gardens to explore around the lake. The dinner was good and we had fun just relaxing around the hotel.

酒店設施齊全、服務周到，周邊環境好，適合度假旅遊，前台金尊經理sammi為我們辦的入住，非常專業有耐心，還主動加我微信以解決我們入住的後顧之憂，預訂部還贈送了我們一份下午茶，總之此次入住該酒店非常愉快。

酒店超級好就在陽澄湖邊上，景色好美！服務細節沒得説，特別是獨特的小童設施，小孩開心的不得了，早餐也非常豐富，飯後邊欣賞美景邊散散步很舒服。服務人員都很好很熱情，辦理入住幫忙升級了，客房還送果盤，很新鮮。總之住的舒心愜意！

酒店生態環境很好，和朋友一起過來玩，剛剛趕上酒店聖誕點燈儀式，晚上大堂十分熱鬧，有拉丁舞表演和雞尾酒提供🍸，大堂聖誕樹很漂亮，特別提一點，酒廊經理Sammi的服務超級好，不僅在入住的幫我們協調了房間，還分享了晚上活動的照片給我們，很貼心，希望酒店越辦越好，以後還來！

酒店環境很好，地理位置極佳，房間窗外可以縱覽整個陽澄湖。早上伴隨着薄霧，在湖邊步道散步，安寧宜居，去班味絕了。特別要感謝一下Ruby，服務態度非常親切，從入住開始主動介紹酒店的活動項目，我們帶着長者來入住遊玩，問的比較細緻，又適逢旺季週末，Ruby的問題響應速度仍然非常及時熱情，對於我們的需求也高效地安排妥當。入住期間遇到的酒店所有工作人員都友善的跟我們主動問好，面帶微笑，可見酒店管理培訓也很到位，值得信賴。家裡長者來玩的非常開心！下回來陽澄湖還會再來這家酒店入住，贊👍🏻

酒店在陽澄湖公園裡，環境非常好，有家人過生日幫忙安排了升級親子房和做了佈置，非常開心，現在是吃螃蟹的時候，附近蟹莊離得也很近，非常方便。早餐的餐廳服務員安排了靠窗的位置，也很舒服。總之非常舒服的體驗，深秋旅遊的好選擇。

幫朋友訂的，反饋説訂房要訂靠湖酒店，風景絕佳。服務不錯，有事前台反饋很及時。不過酒店在湖邊公園，開窗要注意點，外面蟲子有點多。周邊環境的話很適合親子游，游泳池、健身房設施齊全。

衹要在國內都會來這個度假村住然後吃大閘蟹，環境沒話説，很chill，服務也巨好，下面公園也很舒服.酒店的餐廳裏面都是綠植，總體是超級nice，牆裂推薦.天氣好還能看到絕美的日落.可以你
