Great location. Hotel is new. Rooms are big and modern.

Clean hotel and friendly staff - breakfast was fine - stayed a few nights and same things each day - could change it up a little

I had a wonderful stay. The room was clean, spacious and modern, equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The only downside was the limited dining options available at dinner time. Other than that it was a awesome experience and I’d happily stay again

Great business hotel

This is my second time here in the hotel and Ali and the staff have been amazing. Aron helped me so much last visit with internet issues. The staff are so incredibly helpful and kind. They helped me with didi rides and cabs several times a day. The hotel is new, modern, and the rooms large ! Internet speed is a bit slow. However , it's an excellent place to stay if you are visiting DKU or the city center which is a 10 minute taxi ride away.

Comfy room, comfortable bed, amazing shower, very good breakfast; just location not very convenient, need taxi to get around e.g. for restaurants

If you need to be in Kunshan, this is a decent place. I booked it because it was close to a place I was going for a meeting and in a lot of ways it's a pretty standard high end business hotel in a non first tier city. But there were some nice surprises like a bath tub the room and it had some of the fastest internet access I've had the pleasure of using in China (which was great for a multi-hour video conference I had that night with Europe). Bed was firm but not a board, good pillows. Decent selection for breakfast the next morning but the coffee was a bit weak so the Starbucks around back if the building or the Luckin a block away (if you're a Luck in fan) were good to know about. Not a lot of dining within walking distance but a couple kilometers up the road over near Duke Kunshan there were some interesting dining options including decent pizza and Southeast Asian food.

It was an excellent experience in Novotel. - very friendly and kind staff - upgrade my room - very convenient, elevator from parking B1 to room without changing - super clean, tidy, and high quality facilities inside room - staff speak English - reasonable price - wonderful location which is very close to a lake and night area. - strongly recommend

I had a fantastic stay at the Novotel Kunshan Yangcheng Lake. My room was oversized and luxurious, with a very comfortable bed. Front desk staff were friendly and attentive. Breakfast was plentiful and excellent. I look forward to returning to Kunshan and staying in the Novotel again.

The hotel stay was very comfortable and the staff were friendly and welcoming-even sending flowers and fruit as a bonus. I could feel the staff enjoyed providing guests with exceptional service, it was a good stay. We stayed one night for business purposes, I would stay again when I am in Kunshan.

The staff were soo polite when we arrived and helpful. It was the little touches that made us feel special...example it was really hot and they brought us a complimentary Ice Lemon Tea which was so refreshing. And another day we were waiting for a taxi and they brought us each a bottle of water. Just so kind. And the rooms were so clean and well decorated. And loved the sheets, pillows and bed. Was so comfortable and had a great night's sleep. Overall a wonderful hotel and customer service experience.

The hotel is very new, with great facilities. It is nicer than any Novotel I have stayed at in Europe. I will stay there again when I next return to Kunshan.
