Dreamland Beach Holiday but no beach found, only swimming pool. The whole families disappointed. The so call resort area is hilly that my father of 80 years didn't move around.

The place not convienient for thise who travel without 4wd car,but the hotel provide a boat but a bit dangerous especially for those who have a small kids or baby.The enviroment is super beautiful,the view is amazing but the swiming pool is very dirty,there's no beach for picnic activities.

1. Digalakkan pakai kenderaan 4x4 disebabkan jalan yang agak teruk. 2. Kolam renang perlu diperbaiki lagi dalam aspek kebersihan. 3. Bilik yg kami dapat kemas dan bersih juga. 4. Electricity mungkin perlu diperbaiki lgi disebabkan semasa penginapan kami pada waktu pagi tiada supply electric dan kami trpaksa check out awal. 5. Layanan staff Sangat membantu,baik dan fast response. 6. Overall view yang Sgt cantik untuk healing.

View cantik, utk fotografi mmg ssuai. Cuma keadaan bilik yg mungkin agak lama, d hut yg pertama kami stay aircond dia ada masalah, nda sejuk. Dan ada bau taik tikus yg mnunjukkn hut tu lama ndada pnghuni. Tapi kami dipindahkn ke hut lain yg less bau taik tikus dan more clean cuma bahagian tandas ada crak d lantai. Kedudukan hut pula bdekatan dgn hutan. Yg mana d bahagian tu ada dua famly saja trmasuk kami. So agak scary juga la. Klu hut yg berdekatan dgn tmpt loading barang itu tiada masalah sbb ramai org. Cuma new year experience best sbb ada firework. Bagi yg mau stay sini, better cukupkn jajan sbb no restaurant. Breakfast or lunch delivery to hut dan cuma ada 3 menu shj. Tq.

Actually dreamland resort very nice and all staff the best. Front desk very nice and helpfully, also housekeeping staff very friendly.

and low-quality products or work.,Accept responsibility for any issues, and if possible, explain what went wrong and how you plan to prevent it in the future of your COMPANY,..front office STAFF very lazy & no EXPERIENCE in tourism hospitality,.while we asking more information,she's MOODY & she puts her mind away through topic,busy with her HANDPHONE,...Owner often respond to this COMPLAINT or comments by apologizing, taking responsibility, and offering to resolve the issue of your STAFF... 👉to RESORT supervisor big THANKS to you🤝& thanks so much SIR for good explaination & help us last night to recover or CAR from rought road,..we are so amazed you sir,..your experienced in TOURISM industry much more ENOUGH.,your humble & professional line sight role..
