quite nice. easy and convenience. located near to town. all condition in hotel just ok, no problem.

Everything what u expected with that cheap price, but it's all worth it. The room are clean and have all that necessity, even have mini fridge too. Will book it next time 😍

Staff are very friendly and helpful. Good for travellers on a tight budget.

Air con have problems, i turned to16°c but still felt hot whole the night and until morning 5am-7a i could felt cold.

Good location in the city centre, lots of food stall nearby. Also has laundry service just on the right side of the hotel

Simple hotel...tidy room..hotel near to waterfront .it takes 10 minutes..

So far so good as far as cleanliness is concern. Good place as it is in the central location in the city.

1. hair dryer broken, windows lock fail with window glass broken 2. bedcover not change everyday 3. towel not clean with greyies color like very old 4. cupboard broken and dirty 5. room too small 6. corridoor of left dirty

Hotel location was strategic, lots of food court & shopping mall with walking distance and self laundry service. The bed sheet has a bit stain, but overall cleanliness was fine.

Nearby the hotel, there’s food court, laundry and emart supermarket. It’s quite convenient and not too far from Vivacity mall, galacity etc which get car to there only need around 5 mins. Hotel provide free shuttle to and from Borneo Medical Centre. The bad side is that tv only have TV 1,2,3 which no mandarin channel at all. Besides, we only can get a card for room. The hot water for shower is not very good functioning, not warm / hot enough. Other than these, everything is good!
