location is good in the city center, very near to the mosque. quite old hotel but still keep everything cleaned. however surprise to know tht if you require extra pillow/blanket or whatever there is a charge to bear which is normally hotel will give it free.

The room is quite not so satisfied in terms of clean but the pool is very nice and big .

The hotel is near to the state mosque. I still have enough time to walk for Jamat prayer although after azan. Restaurants are also at walking distance. Location wise, the hotel is in the centre of Kuala Terengganu city, so it is easy to move around.

Neae mosque

I was woken up by loudspeaker announcements as early as 5 AM, and the soundproofing in the room was extremely poor. The carpet had an unpleasant smell, which made the stay uncomfortable. I also do not recommend the breakfast, as the food selection was very limited.

Old hotel but reasonable price and service

Very old hotel, stinky fish smell from the moment you enter the front main lobby. Imagine entering the front main entrance and you're greeted with the rotten fish smell. I suspect either they mop the floor with stinky water or the stink smell came from the ice cream freezer and chiller nearby the entrance and breakfast eating place. Room is so old, tv blurred, windows view totally blocked by building facade or wall design. Breakfast is terrible, location too small, crowd too many. Doesn't deserve a 3 star hotel at all, not even 2 star hotel.

Good location and service

The food is good,but the room a quite smelly,not really soundproof,still can hear other people screaming outside,the hot water really2 hot.other just so so for 3 star hotel

Nice room

Value for money. Room quite old the toilet floor is not level properly, when you take shower the whole bathroom flooded. When we ask the manager, he said he knew about it but nothing been done.breakfast was quite good for the price we paid. Not going to stay there anymore
