I booked this hotel mainly because I was participating in a marathon. The room has no window and is quite small. However, the bathroom is relatively spacious and comes with a hairdryer and soap. The hot water is stable, and the water pressure is strong — taking a hot shower after a full marathon felt amazing. The bed is very comfortable, and we were able to sleep well. However, the soundproofing is not very good, which may affect rest. There are a few areas that could be improved. For example, more hangers would be helpful. The electric kettle in the room was leaking and caused a minor burn, so I had to go downstairs to get a replacement. Also, there is no mirror in the room except in the bathroom, which is a bit inconvenient. It would be better if a full-length mirror could be installed behind the door. Overall, the hotel meets basic needs and is suitable for a short stay, but there is still room for improvement in the details. Nearby areas have 7 eleven and family mart . Parking are free

Our check-in and checkout experiences were smooth and easy. Arrived on 7th January after booked a room, unfortunately it was fully booked. Came back on the next day and the receptionist was very polite in explained the hotel rules regarding no smoking, where to park your car, also what time are the check-out time. They also provide surau for Muslim travellers to pray, so it's muslim friendly hotel to be chosen. During your stays, these hotel are near to several melayu restaurants which is 5 minutes driveway from the hotel. Everything is fine for me. Thank you for the hospitality given especially to the hotel staff, because of this pleasant experience I'll definitely recommend it to my others colleague.

The reception said tat if I come late after 7am the booking will be burnt.. This is ridiculous... At least we make a full payment.. Pls don't say tat again to the guest due to the late check in.. Others is superb

I booked the room last minute due to being stuck in traffic and checked in around 10 PM. I had requested a room away from the lift; however, despite this, there was still quite a bit of noise from outside and neighboring rooms, which made it difficult to rest. The amenities provided were good overall. However, having to request coffee and tea from the counter was not very convenient for guests. I believe this is something that could be reconsidered to improve the overall experience.

Heater not working . Hair dryer not working just use 10second it stop . I requested a hair dryer took 15min o send to me . By the time they send my hair dry. A bit old but is ok. Near Chinatown.

Rooms are very small, there isn't even a fridge there. The room had a smell of mold. They treat guests like potential thieves - deposit RM100 (only cash or credit card, not debit card), you have to wait for them to check the room when checking out, there was even a pricelist of all the room equipment on the first page of the hotel directory! No breakfast offered.

Basic budget hotels with basic amenities. The sound proof of the room was bad . We could hear every movement of ppl walking ,talking at the walk way.

Free private parking provided just behind the hotel, and got nearby public parking too. Clean room n good staff service
