Xcape Resort at Taman Negara

Problem.during.check in where my booking have not received by hotel.Got to check in and pay again.

Nie warty tej ceny. Cena jak za resort a standard jak w guesthousie. Basen to raczej brudny brodzik. Śniadanie to jakaś porażka nie było co wybrać a sok smakował gorzej niż woda z kranu. Lepiej zjesz za 5 ringgitów na straganie.

Отель понравился, в этой деревне он самый лучший. В стоимость включено вкусные завтраки и ужины.

Muy decepcionado porque la mayoría de imágenes que aparecen no corresponden a las instalaciones actuales de este hotel, lo que me parece una estafa. Las fotos más bonitas son del anterior hotel, ahora se han mudado a otro y no tiene nada que ver. He hecho queja a Trip.com para que obliguen al hotel a poner solo imágenes actuales y que no engañen a más turistas, pero de momento no lo han hecho.

False advertising with the pictures of a pool as this was empty and i couldnt see signs that this was temporary. A bit of a trek from the National Park after a long day. When asked the staff were happy to shuttle you from the hotel to the jetty. The staff were all pleasant.

The photos of the swimming pool is Tekoma resort swimming pool, NOT Xcape Resort. This is cheating on customers and is a commercial crime. Please remove all of the photos of Tekoma resort from TripAdvisor ASAP before legal action is taken.

We booked the Xcape Resort with a party of seven occupying three rooms. We thought we spotted the resort, shown on the booking websites but were prompted to drive on for another two hundred metres. Apparently the resort moved to a new location, which looked nothing like the old one. It had none of the amenities previously listed, like for instance the pool? We specifically booked this place for having a pool. No wifi in the rooms, rooms themselves were very poorly maintained, cracked tiles, several leaks in the bathroom, the toilet was placed in such an awkward way only suitable for small children (i.e. no taller than 1.70m). The rooms were very noisy, especially with the hallway being made out of echoing concrete.

The cabinet door fell off when we opened. No television, tissue, telephone, iron in the room. Towel n toilet mat is not provided, need to ask, given later at night, and quantity not as it should be. Fridge smells bad. Aircond filter no maintenance, we need to clean on our own, only then feel cold.

Twee dagen in resort verbleven ivm bezoek Taman Negara. Kwalificatie: te doen maar niet langer. Basic. Klein zwembad wel aanwezig. Kamer acceptabel. Airco deed het goed. Bed redelijk. Goed schoongemaakt. Badkamer redelijk maar verouderd en met wat schimmel. Handdoeken verkleurd. Ontbijt beperkt maar voldoende. Personeel geen initiatief om bij te vullen. Gebeurt wel maar je moet vragen. Sowieso vriendelijk maar passief personeel. Middageten bleek alleen op reservering te kunnen. Avond: buffet tegen betaling. Beperkte keuze maar ok als je honger hebt. Al met al basic en voldoende.
