The room is not clean when we arrive. The washroom is very smelly. The location is good with good Thai restaurant beside it.

This has been the worst hotel experience ever!!!
Multiple failures from the hotel beside the hotels amenities overall
The lady at the reception took a visa payment for a deposit and told me it will be refunded on my Visa , yet it wasn't
I went inside the room to be surprised with wet floors, disgusting bathroom the, sheets on the bed were stained yellow weird stains, the lamp behind the bed was buzzing I couldn't sleep the night there.I had to put my towel and sleep on it. the rooms smelled like smoke and the receptionist only defense to say did you ask the lady for cleaning as if decent hotels should not clean in advance.ao we already came early and left our bags for a while so they had ample time to clean already were we supposed to come back tired and dying to sleep only to leave the room again and go ask someone to come in clean?!also the man kept denying that the floor was wet because I cleaned them myself and got my own slippers - they don't provide any of that also- very disrespectful saying that they don't believe anything to keep money because they're a bunch of cheap people. I just did not want to stay at the place any decent Hotel will do that then I just said it's no problem I will check out early and they can refund me my two nights but another issue started with the deposit refund
The hotel wasn't even equipped for it
By check out time the guy gave us a WhatsApp number and said we should ask for the deposit refund from that place and if we have a problem with the hotel we should contact them so I texted the hotel and told them the issue they told me that I should have a Malaysian bank account or touch n go or I can come to the hotel to get my refund I did not want to make a touch and go because I'm not Malaysian and I will never need it but I was forced to go through the process and fill my information and to pay and waste this money other than that they did not even reply regarding my refund of the two nights even though they failed to inform me the correct procedure in the checking and in the checkout( at check in nobody talked about the deposit refund issue , and on check out nobody said we needed to wait inside and contact the WhatsApp number on the spot). They just cowardly ignored any messages regarding the refund even if it is cancelation policy, they failed to provide their side . PLEASE DO NOT EVER CONSIDER THIS HOTEL. I am a frequent traveller. I stayed in hostels and in real low budget places but none of them was that unfriendly and irresponsible. A bunch of unprofessional staff hired by an unprofessional hotel
If you'd like a nice Kuala lumpur experience, this is definitely not the hotel for you
PLEASE avoid this place at all costs

If you have pay cash for deposit, you can collect it upon your checkout. All our room is non smoking room, but our management will check on this seriously. The procedure check in and check out stated at the reception, you can read on the hotel policy. Mostly tourist have touch n go ewallet that we can refund back the deposit. Sorry for any inconvenience caused. We will do our best to improve our service to serve you better next time.
