Worst hotel experience in my entire life. I know this review does not change much. But just look at the real images. They look nothing like advertised. Ceiling is cracking， door broken，couch and seats so dirty，tv dont have any angle to be viewd. And I see construction material being on the same floor with my room.

Easy registration and access, host is very helpful. Room is spacious and AC are working fine, with nice city view. Overall good experience

Excellent location for those using intercity bus connections as both drop off n pickup points are at Berjaya Times Square. Also within walking distance of Bt Bintang attractions. No formal check in lobby desk but servicing is still prompt.

I like the location as it is easier to access nearby shopping malls and food courts. Kids like to play in the swimming pool too!! Value for the money!!

The Suite facility room and location was very nice,
The Pools was big and excellent
with amazing facilities spa sauna

Super affordable place with astonishing view of KL skyline. Highly recommended! Walking distance to Lalaport BBCC and the new Merdeka Tower - 2nd tallest building in the world now!

Great location with walking distance to few malls. Unfortunately , the room might just completed painting job, the room have a heavy painting smell which will felt uncomfortable .

The aircon unit outside one of the bedroom is giving out a very loud vibration sound, unable to sleep at all, have to sleep in the living room.
The furniture is old and worn-out, do not have an electric hob to cook simple meals. Do not provide enough toilet rolls & trash bags. The TV is not working.
A family suite for 5 pax, but only have three dining chairs. The lifts and corridors are very stuffy without proper ventilation.
