การเข้าพักสุดเหลือเชื่อที่เพนท์เฮาส์! ไม่เคยหลับสบายขนาดนี้มาก่อนในชีวิต! วิวตึกสูงส่วนตัวอันน่าทึ่งเหนือเส้นขอบฟ้ากรุงกัวลาลัมเปอร์ที่สวยงาม! อพาร์ทเมนท์นั้นมีสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกครบครัน เช่น ระเบียงที่สวยงาม และอ่างน้ำร้อน! อยากจะไม่ต้องจากไป!

โรงแรมตั้งอยู่ในทำเลที่ยอดเยี่ยมและมีห้องพักกว้างขวาง แต่ไม่มีล็อบบี้สำหรับรอ ไม่มีพนักงานประจำล็อบบี้สำหรับขนสัมภาระและแนะนำตำแหน่งห้องพัก บางครั้งแผนกต้อนรับจะว่างเปล่าหากไม่มีพนักงานต้อนรับ ไม่มีพื้นที่จัดเก็บของในกรณีที่คุณต้องการเช็คเอาท์และรอ

was ok but one of the stuff was rude

I travelled along my family and stayed at the facility for 2 nights. The apartment was clean, location was great (just a KM away from KLCC) staff is friendly and accommodating. Just a minor grievance that they charged heavily (RM 30) for a stained towel. But will recommend the place for family travellers and will definitely consider it during my next stay

The hotel is good for large families. Works almost like an AirBNB. The only issue would be the deposit at the start of the stay which was not expected. Should have been mentioned ahead of time. Also, the Wifi signal and speed is kinda slow. The hotel is also near Bukit Bintang which has heavy traffic, which makes booking Grab abit harder. However the Hotel is near the Monorail stop which is helpful for those who like walking.

Extremely central and convenient location. Macs is across and within walking distance to twin towers. Wish there were hangers or drying rack as we couldn’t hang out clothes at all after washing. It’s not practical to bring our own drying rack. Wish there was tissue paper too as it’s quite surprising there wasn’t any. Didn’t understand the lift system initially as there were no buttons to press. Kept thinking I was in wrong lift. When we were there, there are groups of men hanging around which makes female travellers feel a bit uneasy. Other than these, everything else was perfect.

Great location but room has an unpleasant smell. Overall everything is fine.

Such a great time with my parents at the top floor 57th penthouse, surreal view, would recommend

Had a great time staying at the hotel. The staff was courteous and always available. We had a little trouble with coordination in terms of room availability. The room was promised to be prepared by 12 noon (earlier than check-in) however upon reaching we had to wait before the room was ready (around 2:30).

Very convenient and close to nearby attractions, which made getting around easy. However, the overall experience could have been better. The cleanliness of the room was just okay, and there’s definitely room for improvement in terms of upkeep and attention to detail. The service was average as well — staff were helpful when approached, but not very proactive. The facilities were basic and functional, but nothing special. Overall, it’s a decent place for a short stay if you prioritize location, but there’s room to improve in cleanliness, service, and facilities.

perfect suite for families. Clean and tidy , location wise just in walking diatance- There are both KL TOWER AND TWIN TOWERS . Security Guards are very friendly and free lagguage storage at front desk. Need 300RM Deposit while check in. There is no any restaurants for food. Self buy from outside. Good point is -there is a minimart at 6th floor which is 24 hrs open. 😁
