ด้านล่างมีห้างสรรพสินค้า ร้านสะดวกซื้อ และตลาดกลางคืน ซึ่งสะดวกมาก พนักงานต้อนรับมีความเป็นมืออาชีพและทำงานได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ โดยรวมแล้วดีมาก อาจจะมีเสียงดังบ้างเล็กน้อยที่ด้านล่าง แต่ฉันคิดว่าไม่ใช่ปัญหาอะไร

พนักงานต้อนรับส่วนหน้าสุภาพและให้ความช่วยเหลือดีมาก มีกาแฟ ชา และของว่างบริการฟรีที่บริเวณล็อบบี้ มีเตาอบขนาดเล็กสำหรับอุ่นอาหาร ตลาดนัดกลางคืนทุกคืนวันศุกร์อยู่ด้านหลังโรงแรมเพียงซอยเดียว รู้สึกผิดหวังที่ห้องไม่มีไม้แขวนเสื้อ กล่องกระดาษทิชชู่ และสบู่ล้างมือในห้องน้ำ ต้องซื้อของเหล่านี้จากห้างสรรพสินค้า Cheras Leisure Mall ซึ่งอยู่ห่างจากโรงแรมเพียง 3 นาที ผ้าปูที่นอนไม่ได้เปลี่ยน มีคราบเลือดติดอยู่ตอนที่ฉันเช็คอิน พนักงานเวรกลางคืนมาทำความสะอาดห้องให้เมื่อฉันแจ้งเรื่องนี้ พนักงานทำความสะอาดจะทำความสะอาดห้องและเปลี่ยนผ้าปูที่นอนก็ต่อเมื่อคุณแจ้งความประสงค์ที่แผนกต้อนรับเท่านั้น ฉันพบฝุ่นและเส้นผมจำนวนมากใต้เตียงเมื่อฉันทำเหรียญตกพื้น

Good location of hotel. Many shops around specifically food. Near a mall. Staffs are friendly

Smokers smoking in the room every day and night, but nothing was done. Staff should enforce the non smoking rule for the comfort of other occupant

I had a very unpleasant stay at this hotel. The room was poorly maintained, featuring a clogged sink and a persistent bad smell. There was also an infestation of red ants, and I suffered multiple bites that left my legs red and swollen. Furthermore, the customer service was highly disappointing, as the reception staff refused my simple request for an extra pillow. I cannot recommend this hotel.

Overall, it’s an okay budget hotel. Located opposite a shopping mall, so it’s convenient for food, shopping, and getting around. The rooms are basic but decent for a short stay. Don’t expect luxury—it’s a classic “you get what you pay for” kind of place. If you’re looking for an affordable stay with a good location, it’s worth considering.

Eveveything is good. Have a lot Japanese food. Will not get boring in the night.

Air find automatically off every hour and very hot , stayed for 3 hours because staff keep ask to wait and wait for checking and checked out , very bad Room 216

Front desk staff Moris Service is damn rude Keep challenge customer and collect the money is not reasonable. I hope hotel Manager call back me for this issue.
