เมื่อไปที่นั่นเพื่อฉลองวันเกิดและแจ้งว่าเป็นคำขอ แต่โรงแรมไม่ได้ทำอะไรเลย ห้องมีขนาดเล็กและมีฝุ่นมาก สิ่งของบางรายการสามารถมองเห็นได้หมดโดยเฉพาะองค์ประกอบที่เป็นโลหะในห้องน้ำ ส่วนที่ดีที่สุดของโรงแรมคือสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกซึ่งเป็นอ่างอาบน้ำและแชมพูของอีสปซึ่งเป็นส่วนเสริมที่ยอดเยี่ยม ทำเลที่ตั้งสับสนมากสำหรับคนขับรถคว้าและเดินลำบากเพราะถนนพลุกพล่านและตอนกลางคืนไม่รู้สึกปลอดภัยที่จะออกไปคนเดียวเพราะตรอกด้านหลังมืด โดยรวมแล้วพนักงานก็ใจดีและให้ความช่วยเหลือเสมอ ลองร้านอาหารบนชั้น 2 สำหรับมื้อกลางวัน และมันก็เยี่ยมมาก! อาหารมีราคาสมเหตุสมผล?

ของฉันคือห้องในเมือง เหมาะสำหรับ 2 คนหรืออาจจะ 3 คน ถ้าคุณมากับเพื่อน ทำเลที่ตั้งอาจทำให้คนอื่นที่อยู่นอกกัวลาลัมเปอร์สับสน แต่ฉันก็สามารถหาเจอได้ เนื่องจากการก่อสร้างโดยรอบทำให้ตอนกลางวันอาจรบกวนท่านได้บ้าง แต่มันก็ยังพอทนได้สำหรับฉัน สระว่ายน้ำก็ดีไม่ใหญ่หรือเล็กมาก โดยรวมแล้ว ID นั้นมีความสวยงามมาก ครั้งต่อไปฉันจะลอง Monroe เพราะฉันไม่สามารถมีเวลาเดินไปรอบ ๆ โรงแรมได้ พนักงานเป็นกันเองเอาใจใส่และดีมาก โรงแรมมีกลิ่นหอมจริงๆ

เราได้เข้าพักที่โรงแรม Kloe ที่ยอดเยี่ยม ออกแบบมาอย่างดีและใช้รายละเอียดอย่างพิถีพิถัน ชอบสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกของ Aesop และตะกร้าขนมท้องถิ่นที่ทำให้เรานึกถึงวัยเด็กของเราในฐานะชาวมาเลเซีย ทำเลที่ตั้งก็สะดวกเช่นกัน เดินประมาณ 8 นาทีถึงแหล่งช้อปปิ้งชั้นนำอย่างพาวิลเลียนและสตาร์ฮิลล์ สิ่งเดียวที่ฉันบ่นคือทีวีไม่สามารถเล่นเพนไดรฟ์ USB ของเราได้ เราต้องติดอยู่กับช่องที่น่าเบื่อที่มีจำกัด แต่คุณสามารถสะท้อน YouTube หรือ Netflix ของคุณได้ (ขอบคุณพระเจ้า) และน้ำร้อนมากแม้เราจะเปิดน้ำเย็นเท่านั้น

Had a tremendously enjoyable stay at KLoé Hotel. Located just 10 minutes’ walk from TRX Mall, which has all sorts of shops, restaurants etc that you’ll need. The room itself is very chic, with Aesop toiletries. There’s also a little basket of local snacks, which was a really nice touch. Staff are friendly and helpful, and if you book a rate with breakfast, take note it’s all day breakfast, so you can have it as late as 5pm! All in all, a great stay at a cool boutique hotel. Will definitely consider for my next trip to KL.

The hotel sound proof is terrible. The receptionist has provided us 2 ear pieces. Omg! But the hotel vibes is fantastic and their staffs are friendly.

I had a marvellous stay at KLoé Hotel. The team was incredibly thoughtful in every detail of their services. From the nostalgic local snacks to the luxurious Aesop bath products, everything was curated with care. The room was spotlessly clean, cozy, and creatively designed. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and the entire experience felt well worth the price. All the staffs were so friendly especially Vinetha and the team. I was touched by how she explained to me all the details. I truly loved my stay. I would definitely return and recommend it to all my friends.

This is my second stay at KLoé in the month of April. I felt the wifi was weak the first stay. And now with the second, it just confirmed that connection is bad when I’m on business calls. Really not ideal. Next, there was renovation and drilling at the drive way. Fortunately I checked out that morning, but the drilling was still unbearable for 2hr in the morning. Verdict. I’m unlikely to come back again though the staff services was extremely good.

Ambient and decor are perfect. Staff are helpful and friendly; they assist us with our additional help we sought from them. Quality toiletries; I personally love the hair shampoo and conditioner from Aesop. Everything was good until the midnight like 1-2am. there’s quite a consistent noise from the A/C unit as it gets more annoying entering midnight when the surrounding turned quiet. I have to switch it off to get a disturb-free sleep. I booked a room with city view (at floor 7, the highest level).

One of the best sleep, great property! Would love to return!

The experience was really good, the staff was friendly and helpful. I ordered a bouquet to the hotel to collect later, which they have placed it in the room upon checking in. It was delightful for my other half.

It’s always a pleasure staying at Kloe Hotel. The staff are always so welcoming, the rooms always comfortable and clean, and the location was perfect for me! I love the added touch of the complimentary snack box filled with local favourites.

Me and my wife had a great experience staying in this hotel. The room is loaded with nice amenities and the hotel is located in a very strategic location (near to Pavilion and TRX).

A boutique hotel with a local character of interior setting. Love the location, walking to the centre of BukitBintang area within 10 mins, with a nearby kiosk and a McDonald.
