ห้องสะอาด_สะดวกดีหมดแต่สิ่งแวดล้อมด้านหน้า รร.เหม็นมากเพราะเป็นตลาดค้าผัก_ที่จอดรถหายาก

ทุกอย่างดี ห้องพักใหม่ สะอาดสุดๆ และถูกที่สุดในย่านถ้ำบาตู...

เป็นประสบการณ์ที่แย่มาก เราไปก่อนช่วงเทศกาล 1 วัน โดยพัก 3 คืน แต่เมื่อไปเช็คอิน ทางพนักงานแจ้งว่าไม่มีห้องพักให้ในคืนที่ 2 และคืนที่ 3 เนื่องจากไม่ได้รับแจ้งจาก OTA (ซึ่งตรงนี้เราคิดว่าโรงแรมแอบเอาห้องเราไปขายให้คนอื่นในราคาแพงกว่า) อย่างไรก็ตามในคืนแรกโรงแรมมีห้องให้เราพัก แต่บรรยาศโดยรอบโรงแรมแย่มากๆ อยู่กลางตลาดค้าส่งของสด มีรถบรรทุกวิ่งทั่งคืน และในช่วงเช้าก็มีเสียงผู้คนตะโกนจากด้านนอก พวกเรารู้สึกไม่ปลอดภัยเพราะอยู่ท่ามกลางชุมชนของคนพม่า ตามพื้นถนนมีรอยบ้วนน้ำหมากอยู่เต็มไปหมด ภายในห้องพักไม่มีตู้เย็น และห้องน้ำก็ค่อนข้างเก่า หลังจากนอนคืนแรก ทางโรงแรมก็ให้เราย้ายไปโรงแรมในเครือ ซึ่งห่างไปอีก 9 กม. โดยให้เราออกค่าใช้จ่ายเกี่ยวกับการเดินทางเอง มันทั้งไม่สะดวกและห่างไกลจากงานเทศกาลที่เราหวังไว้ว่าจะเดินไปจากโรงแรมได้อย่างสะดวก โชคดีที่โรงแรมใหม่อยู่ในย่านที่เรารู้สึกปลอดภัยมากกว่า แต่ตัวห้องนั้นคับแคบกว่าและยังคงไม่มีตู้เย็น ที่สำคัญเราต้องแบกกระเป๋าขึ้นลงชั้น3เองเพราะไม่มีลิฟท์ ทั้งหมดนี้โรงแรมไม่มีการชดเชยใดใดให้เราเลย รู้สึกโชคร้ายมากที่จอง

ทุกอย่างก็โอเค..ที่จอดรถค่อนข้างลำบากเพราะบริเวณนั้นเหมือนตลาด..สามารถสั่งอาหารผ่าน Grab..Foodpanda หรือ Shopeefood ถ้าคุณออกไป..โรงแรมสะอาดและสะดวกสบายมาก..

ทุกอย่างเป็นไปด้วยดีจนถึงตอนนี้

This is a wonderful hotel we love this hotel and we love the staff such a beautiful place stay and we will definitely recommend to anyone when they are in the country.

The place quite cozy and comfy but the area itself hmmm so bad lotss of foreigner with their families

Parking wise it’s a bit difficult at late night hours and place is not sutable for hotel investment because the place is busy with market and foreigners

The hotel was located middle at market area, so dirty and smelly. No parking provided. No safety assurance. Outside crowded with foreigners running around the car. Room was small and compact. Staff was friendly. I checked out immediately after check in. Doesn’t feel comfortable. Area not suitable for families to sta

The receptionist name miss sheela really rude to me customer service really bad I told them I do eye operation but morning morning thy call keep on asking for money I already informed I wan extend but the receptionist won't listen thy gv me mental toucher..I nv ever experienced like ths.morning 9.30 thy started call msg me really bad experience..in room hairdryer not working kattel not working all... waste of money to stay thr thy nv ever ask apologize to me dam rude receptionist

Wuisshhh seriously me don't No this hotel is under area Pasar boring me just searches for Hotel near Batu Caves only get This hotel room ...but the parking there is very worst ..wen me ask receptionist..about car Park can me park Infront hotel they say can for Guest but after we saw in morning we received a Saman with RM150 quit feed Up and after ask bout that the other receptionist say other story...and for families This room own suit it because the toilet is on glass door over all even the out some Glass wall paper still can see some parts of our Actions in side the toilet... regret to booked it out..The place outside is very busy and and heavy market smell....that for sure annoying...one good thing is the product lift to Go for ur floor..and my aircond quit Ok ..the cooling...
