The room was poorly cleaned, with dirty floors and small cockroaches present. I would not recommend staying here due to basic sanitation and pest issues

Usually I will experience nice moment during my stay at this hotel but last time maybe a bit worse moment. The receptionist takes too long time to settle up my check in while her friend who incharge next counter finished attend 2 people. I'm so dissappointed. The security guard that on duty that night play phone while I already enter the 1st level parking that already fully occupied have asked me to take next level parking.

Simple yet good hotel for putting a night around Kuala Lipis.

No electric power 3 hours. What the hat

The room is small and just nice for business trip. But it is a small cockroach in the room.

Good staff at the front desk. Watson, KFC and 7-11 nearby hotel. Need at least a coffee table in the room.

Stay here is preferred due to location..easy to get my necessary things... however the air conditioning in my room located to blow so directly to bed which is not my preference

Had a stay for 2d1n. Location of the hotel is at the city centre of Lipis. All is great.

Weird smell when entering room. No breakfast. Can get breakfast for same price at other hotel.

I had a pleasant stay here at U Design Hotel. It is located in the Kuala Lipis city near KFC, Watsons, DIY and tealive. There are also many restaurant nearby the hotel therefore it is very convenient for travellers that travels solo or with families. Would definitely book this hotel again if I ever come to Kuala Lipis in future.

The hotel is clean & well-managed. The staffs also friendly. I have booked this hotel for so many times and it suits my budget ☺️
