Hotel Perfect

We really enjoyed our stay here. It was my birthday on our arrival day and staff had decorated the room with balloons and a banner which was a lovely touch. There had also provided an amazing cake which my husband had organised with them. The hotel is in a good area, there are loads of bars and places to eat around and its only about a 15 minute walk to the old town main square. Our room (401) was a decent size with a big bed and was very clean. Every staff member we spoke to were really friendly. We used Bolt to get to and from the airport which cost about £11 each way.

We stayed here for 4 nights. Location is great - lots of eateries within walking distance and convenience stores if you need to pick up anything - snacks/milk/drinks etc. Main square is around 20 mins walk away. Staff were all friendly and welcoming. We had the breakfast a few mornings which was also good - pretty wide selection to choose from. Would definitely recommend staying here.

The staff were friendly and check-in was speedy. The room was clean when we first arrived and it was on top of throughout our stay at this 'perfect' hotel. The breakfast included was nice with a great selection of foods to eat, from cereals/yoghurts, full-english style to general continental breakfast with the restaurant having a great feel to it. In a great location next to lots of local shops, bars and restaurants and not a far walk into the Jewish Quarter and Krakow itself! Would recommend to others and would happily stay again!

Lovely Hotel, staff very nice. Cosy, clean rooms with all essentials. Hotel is located in a good place with bars and restaurants. You can have breakfast, can't fault this but would of been nice to of had a toaster! Fresh clean towels daily. Would recommend to stay at this hotel.

We stayed at this lovely friendly hotel We stayed in room 405 an attic room on the 4 th floor at the front of the hotel What made this really special was we had 5 days of snow which looked magical from our room! The staff are very friendly & helpful & Polite, its worth its 4 star rating⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The breakfast is nice with a good variety, & the restaurant is decorated very nicely & comfortable We would definately come back to stay the location is in the trendy jewish quarter by plac nowy which has great bars & restaurants & only a 15 minute walk to rynek glowny main square & wawel castle. The train from the airport here is really easy to navigate & only costs £6:77 per couple

We stayed for 3 nights in a cosy double room and it was lovely! The hotel staff were friendly and organised airport transfers for us upon request which was super helpful. The room was clean and had all the amenities we needed. Toiletries etc were replenished which was great. The bed was big and comfortable. Also, the location was great for us as we really liked the Jewish quarter as it had lovely bars and restaurants but was also reasonably quiet at times compared to the busy main square. We would definitely stay again!

Before we travelled, we were advised to stay in the main market square, however, we struggled to fine anywhere reasonable and ended up booking the Hotel Perfect. This is an amazing small hotel. Clean and comfortable rooms, with exceptionally friendly staff. Nothing was too much of an issue for them. There are some excellent restaurants next to the hotel and the market square is literally only about a 10 minute walk away. Will definitely stay here again.

Just returned from a great break in Krakow. Staying in the " Hotel Perfect " was an absolute pleasure. We were met at reception by a very polite and friendly young lady receptionist who made booking in so easy. We asked to have our trips booked from reception and this was done immediately without any issue. Our room was on the first floor ,very clean and tidy and comfortable throughout the stay. Our floor to ceiling doors opened up onto Juliet balconies which overlooked the small and at times busy little street. Bedding was clean and beds themselves comfortable , along with clean towels for the bathroom daily. There is also a fridge , hairdryer and TV for use in the room. The hotel is literally meters from quiet bars and restaurants which are very welcoming and food delicious,the little round kiosk in the local square selling street food are a must to try 😃.The main Square is around 15 minutes walk away or a short taxi ride and is full of restaurants,bars ,shops, electric car tours and Horse and carriage rides. Hotel Perfect is a small hotel but met our needs with impeccable service and comfort . We will certainly return to finish off anything we missed . We loved Krakow ❤️😃

Booked into Hotel Perfect on the day as we were let down by our original Hotel. First class location in the middle of the old Jewish quarter, with an abundance of bars and restaurants on our doorstep. A clean and modern room, packed with amenities such as coffee machine, air con and good wifi. Polite and knowledgeable staff, and a decent breakfast. Highly recommended.
