รีวิว โรงแรมทูน - 1 บอร์เนียว โกตากินาบาลู

the place was cool.. it was clean... even tho cramped.. bed was not bad.. shower works but a bit slow

Easy to access to mall. Not far from city central, room is clean and staff is friendly and helpful.

Good Hospitality and Clean, Comfortable Room I arrived quite late at the hotel due to a flight delay. Unfortunately, I also realised that my agent had booked the wrong date. Despite the situation, the hotel team did their very best to resolve the issue and successfully accommodated me. After a long and stressful journey, all I needed was a good rest, and the team made sure everything turned out very well. They were extremely helpful, friendly, and accommodating throughout my stay. The room was really clean, comfortable, and everything was functioning well. I truly appreciate the excellent hospitality and assistance from the team. Thank you so much! I will definitely choose your hotel again for my next stay.

The staff is really helpful , Just parking lot is not available for visitors , which is shopping mall is prohibit to parking and make us pay . Hope theres a special parking lot for guest from hotel at some specific area .. thanks .

I enjoyed stayed here, the facilities all good, the service also good

Good sleep just that we have to to the mall to honup to the room but still save since the door can open only with card

Very clean, very smooth, very fiendly, very satisfied, very good

If you travel in budget mood these facilities is for you. Overall is good. I suggest that the hotel can make variety breakfast option. 3 days stay there i found that same breakfast menu.

This hotel is a suitable choice for those on a low budget, especially given its convenient location within 1 Borneo Mall. Being situated inside the mall makes it easy to access shops, restaurants, and other services without needing to travel far. The hotel provides all the essential amenities needed for a comfortable stay, including air conditioning, a fan, towels, soap, shampoo, a hair dryer, and hot water. There are also practical furnishings such as an open hanging space for clothes, two small drawers, a security safe, and a small wall-mounted table. One important point to note is that the one queen bed room actually offers more space for placing luggage compared to the family room, which may feel slightly more cramped despite accommodating more people. Overall, this hotel is a practical and affordable option for travellers who prioritise convenience and basic comfort over luxury.

good stay for a business trip. stayed 1 night, checked in at night. counter is 24hrs service. however in my room, the hair dryer broke when i entered the bathroom. good water pressure and water heating.

Small room and limited facilities… difficult to get parking

Overall good experience and good location. Will stay again!

It's certainly does not fit the rm220 per night image/category. For its discounted price rm110, there are better hotel rooms which provide better facilities. It doesn't have a kettle or provide any tea/coffee. Hot water for drinking could only obtain at the lobby. Its basin is clogged! Its hot water at both the basin & the shower cannot be adjusted to make the water warmer. Your company overrated this hotel.

Value for money. some tough stains on the bedding, but acceptable room cleanliness just for a quick night sleep.
