โรงแรมนี้ค่อนข้างเก่าต้องการการปรับปรุงใหม่ เตียงเก่า ห้องไม่มีไฟเพดาน พรมเก่า เฟอร์นิเจอร์เก่า ไม่มีปลั๊กไฟที่หัวเตียง ชาร์จเฉพาะที่โต๊ะเครื่องแป้งและตู้กับข้าว ราคาห้องไม่คุ้มกับสภาพห้อง บุฟเฟ่ต์อาหารเช้าก็โอเค ทำเลที่ตั้งของโรงแรมดีที่คุณสามารถเดินรัศมี 600 เมตรไปยังริมแม่น้ำ มัสยิด ตลาดสด ตลาดสด ร้านอาหาร และพิพิธภัณฑ์

ทำความสะอาดห้อง . จะทำซ้ำอีกครั้งในไม่ช้า ขอบคุณพนักงานทุกคน รัก

No next round, for this hotel. Very old hotel. The carpet is old red style. And cleanliness is bad. Only provide 1 pillow. I think they paint the ceiling and all the dusts falls down. They didn’t change the towel. So dusty and old. I request to change towel. The reception still tell me only can change 1 towel. What is this ? You haven’t come to the room and see the cleanliness then you tell me cannot change towel. Lastly the housekeeping change 2 new clean towel for me. My room is 2 single beds, but the toiletries only got 1 set. The room electric plug majority not functioning , really speechless

Overall experience good. It just they did not provide toothbrush. Food breakfast nice. Aircond cold and room clean and tidy.

Quite rundown hotel to be honest. Need a major revamp. For the price per night is too expensive. Not many eateries and convenient store nearby.

The lobby was beautiful, but the room was old and full of ants. It's probably very difficult to find a 5-star hotel in Kota Bharu, so I would recommend staying here overall. I sincerely hope that the Kelantan government and the King will provide some kind of financial support for the hotel's repairs to revitalize the state. I also hope that this will lead to more good job opportunities for young people in Kota Bharu.

It was a last minute booking since we had to stay overnight in KB. The room's decor is old and some of the light fixture is broken. There was only two pillows, one for each bed. The room has both bath tub and shower. We love the shower as the water pressure is strong and so refreshing to take hot shower after a long day. Breakfast was ok and they have a considerable number of choices including roti jala and omelette stations. Overall ok for its price and location.

I had a company event last 2 days. The hotel was really affordable. Overall 4/5 very recommended for stay with family or friends.
