The place is absolutely amazing. The staff so accommodating, especially towards people with a physical disability like myself. They have purpose built rooms for physically disabled guests. The scenery is absolutely breathtaking, such a calming and welcoming place to stay at. Front and rear outdoor areas. Wildlife at its best. Reception staff are wonderful people, they have all the information you need to have a wonderful and fulfilling stay. Beautiful space to live in.

We love going here for the location, and service is always great, but unfortunately it just never gets better. It is a dilapidated old resort, and despite many promised activities there is really nothing to do. The so called games room is full if machines that don't work, the mini golf is an abandoned wasteland and everything that should be easy to fix is just left broken. This year there seemed to be a lot of people with dogs there, which is different and VERY disappointing as we didn't see any of the kangaroos (I assume they are deterred by the dogs.) We probably won't go back, four times in 5 years and things just keep going downhill.

Had a great stay, very comfortable room. The location was convenient and peaceful. Would recommend

Clean and tidy, good size room. Suitable for family of 4 and good for weekend relaxation.

Only it's look good on photo. All rooms are dirty with cockroach and lots of dust.. resort is not maintain at all though location and staff are very good. All activities shown at website is just look good in site but real world none of then is maintained at all so not useful.. it's resort but looks line motel.. it's lots of maitaience work needs to be done. Very disappointed as overall do not recommended place to anyone. Breakfast does not have good option with crazy price 30 aud per person.

We’ve been going here for about 5 years. Every Easter. It’s a great place and good value. Few small issues are that the place looks tired. Food is passable but there’s a pub with decent choices. The pool is great and kids love it. The golf course is great, although had a few hiccups with organisation at the golf shop. Make sure you stay on the good side of Wendy!

Guess I found myself a getaway place, away from city lights and car noises. Just amazing, food is great and cheap.

Had so much fun the staff were amazing and the tranquility of the place was so great and relaxing.

We all know it’s run down soo sad . But we still had a nice time . Very relaxing. Bed very comfy . Tavern was the biggest let down though. Food passable, staff shocking , atmosphere zero.

We all know it needs a little work . Understaffed but the staff that are here do their best . Needs more groundsmen. The tavern is just passable. But for peace and quiet and views it’s lovely.

I'm not really happy with the service by staff members at the hotel...there's either one around at all anywhere or the ones that are around aren't very helpful or friendly .

Love staying at kooralbyn resort although a little disappointed with staff interactions on my most recent trip as I found them to come across very intimidating and abrupt when addressing an unexpected and unexplainable issue which made us feel extremely uncomfortable and bullied which is pretty dissappinting when we spend alot of time and money throughout the year at the resort and would like to continue coming back to stay in the future without feeling like we are no longer welcome there anymore due to an unfortunate/accidental/unexplainable incident we don't feel we should be held responsible for...hopefully will be resolved amicably and we can continue to enjoy returning to the resort many times in the future .

As several have mentioned place is in need of upkeep like grasses growing in cracks, algae on some walls, paint needed here and there etc but if you can look past these, it has its country charm and the room is well maintained (air con was a pain but might be isolated to one room). Lots of little animals around like water dragons, kangaroos, singing magpies etc. Spa was nice, all in all a good place to chill out for a day or two. Pub up the road good food and there is a cafe across the road that does cheap breakfast, plus SPAR convenience store, food shop and petrol station.

We love this place. Wonderful staff, amazing location, so many things to do for everyone. Highly recommended !
