แม้ว่าทุกสิ่งทุกอย่างจะดี แต่ฉันพบว่าอ่างล้างหน้าในห้องน้ำไม่สะอาด ซึ่งถือเป็นเรื่องน่าผิดหวังเล็กน้อยเมื่อเทียบกับประสบการณ์ที่ดีอื่นๆ

Excellent location and service, checkin was a breeze, even though we were early at 12:30 We ordered food in evening room service and same was of good quality and taste 👍 Will come definitely come back again.

From the moment I checked in till checked out had outstanding service. The breakfast had good spread. The room was clean and staff were very helpful

We stayed at Vivanta for 1 week. The hotel’s breakfast was good. And the rooms were spacious and clean. Housekeeping staffs were very nice and friendly. We traveled to Kolkata to attend my cousin’s wedding. The hotel is near to the wedding venue and the groom’s parents house. Location of the hotel to a lot of the places in Kolkata is very convenient.

We stayed one night in Vivanta Kolkata (30th night). It was a nice and wonderful experience. Room was very comfortable, food in the restaurant was excellent. As a South Indian, I was surprised to get very good tasting curd rice in the restaurant. Kudos to the chef and the restaurant. Front desk staff were very pleasant and they gave good guidance to my wife on where to make sari purchases. All in all, a lovely experience that i definitely would love to repeat!
