Loved staying here for a few days. We stayed in a room away from the pool, but was clean, spacious and serviced daily. The pool straight onto the beach was a dream and we spent most of our time between the two. It was lovely that the place was quite small so there was plenty of space for all guests. The place is surrounded by many coffee shops and restaurants so you don’t need to go too far! Very happy here

Very nice room on the beautiful beach, clean and quite we love it the honer take careof everything, big room very comftrable , around15 minut ride to the center, have pedal kayak and nice swiming pool all included..enjoythe beach and the sun

The best word to describe my experience with this awesome place is simply 'perfection'! From the spacious and lovely rooms, to the gorgeous beach, great location and the well thought amenities, and, of course, the delightful service by Joseph and his team. I could go on and on, but will just summarize by saying - don't think twice, just book!

We spent our vacation second time in the villa with our 2 kids. The location, the room, the pool, the beach are excellent and clean. The staff is really friendly and always available for help. There are 2 kayaks, a SUP for free to use, which we have tried several times. Out sons loved the jet-ski as well. Highly recommended.

We had a very nice family holiday at this little villa which is located right on Bangrak beach. Sitting by the pool was breezy and very relaxing. The beach is clean and the sea calm - suitable for kids. Property is clean and well maintained by the friendly owners who live onsite. Villa’s location is convenient with cafes restaurants and massage in close proximity. Highly enjoyable stay. Thank you.

I was 3rd time there. They have a most beautiful beach in every season. Very polite stuff, great owner and management, they help in every cases. I’m just on the airport on the way back home and our next stay already planned! I can recommend for solo people and also for familys!

Well this is certainly a home away from home. the rooms are meticulously clean and have everything you could wish for. Josef, his wife and staff are the consummate hosts where nothing is too much trouble.

The accommodation is advertised as a 5star hotel but is far from it. The room my partner and I stayed in or rather the bathroom in it was full of black mould. It was clear that the toilet, shower handle and head were not cleaned in a long time. The room and bathroom had a terrible sewer like smell which they tried to cover up by spraying air freashner. We were also out of warm water for two and a half out of four days. The refrigerator also leaked water. We tried to complain but the owners were extremely hard to find or never showed up to talk when we asked. And in addition even though the place is beachfront you have to keep in mind that it is close to the pier which means it is not as clear. There are plenty of nicer beaches to stay at.

Just wanted to say what an amazing place to stay. The host of the villa was fantastic. We had fresh fruit and drinks everyday. The villa was beautiful and cleaned everyday. Lovely pool and right on the beach. The host also offered and took us out on the jet ski. Lots of lovely restaurants and bars. Cafe right opposite for early morning tea and croissants and bacon and eggs. Near the golden Buddha just a little ride away well worth a visit. We stayed here for 4 nights with our children and grandchildren. Taxi ride to silver beach which is quite stunning and fab for snorkelling. Just wanted to say thank you for having us and for being a fantastic host and an amazing place to stay 😊
