Beautiful heritage hotel with a strong pedigree.. great location.. well ***nered and courteous staffs. Super food. Their amenities are good.. the restaurant, the parking, the club all are well maintained and clean. The restaurant staff will go above and beyond for your needs. My boys were catered with chocos and hot milk even for dinner. Chef prepared chicken noodles for my kids out of his way. Rooms are clean and well maintained. Wil come back again here while visiting kodaikanal

Hospitality par excellence Entire team Carlton is well trained and extremely courteous like their head Headed by R Ra*** VP the Carlton is an excellent destination bang on the lake. Special mention for some of those we interacted with during the 4 days stay Rajan at security Shankar and Kalai in dinning , inspite of the huge sumptuous buffet spread they catered to our each request however small or big Will be there again next year Chaitan Dalal

All staff members are very cooperative. I talk to Pavitra to arrange cake for my husband's 60th birthday. ***ager Mr. shakar did the nice birthday celebration. Food is very tasty. Thanks to chef. Everyone look after us when we had breakfast, dinner . Mr. Subbu the chef, made special ginger tea according to our choice. Simran the guest relation help us very well to handle our communication problem with local public. This hotel's location is at very good place near the lake in Kodaikanal. They provide us room no. 522 . From that we see the large view of Lake.

Excellent location. Very courteous staff. Excellent service by Kalai, Aishwarya, Simran, Shankar, Ravishankar, Subu, Murugesh. In all the entire staff was very helpful and always smiling. Food was excellent. Sitting around the fire place was fun.

Fantastic stay at the hotel. Staff is extremely helpful and warm . Kalai at the restaurant was ver friendly and helpful with our requests. Simran guest relations was friendly too. Everyone right from the reception to the junior level staff were equally welcoming and helpful. Will definitely come back next time.

I recently stayed at Carlton, it was a great experience overall. Especially the Housekeeping was really courteous and very professional. I think it is 2 of housekeeping persons named (If my memory serves Right) Shanmugam & ***i who did an outstanding job on keeping our room clean and strived hard to meet out needs. Also to mention the meet with Mr. Ashok the Housekeeping ***ager was one of the down to earth Professional person I have come across . My Big thanks to the entire team of Carlton as well as the above mentioned .

The hotel and the service were excellent. Co-ordinator Mr. Anand ji took care of all the requirements and made sure we had a comfortable stay. Food was really good with exhaustive menu. The indoor games and kids play area were like icing on the cake. The room with lake and mountain view was mesmerizing.

Kodai has always been my personal favourite for a quite peaceful vacation with family and Carlton has been our only choice for ***y years now. The location of the hotel overlooking the serene Kodai lake is truly a plus point. The staff are very courteous. The travel desk helps with organising the outings and airport /pickup drops . Specially love the in-house entertainment provided in the lobby by Mr Anand who entertains the guests with his housie game. They also have magic shows and folk dance perfor***ces. The clubhouse has indoor game tables and it transports one back to the childhood days of playing ludo and snakes and ladders. In short .. It's a great place

It was a good experience and had a pleasant days here , it is very natural surroundings and nice to enjoy with family ..the way they're treating was very nice and good , but the food is minimum options other than that everything was nice and I've to mention simran mam for treating us good! Thank you!
