"We had the most incredible stay at Under Milkwood chalets. We have 2 small boys and they loved playing in the lagoon. The location is amazing, the chalet beautiful and cosy and it was a memorable holiday for all of us. The service and house keeping was impeccable and we can't wait to visit again! "I had booked over a month in advance for a Family trip, since we had 4 I ended up booking the presidential suite for the view and space. When we got there we were informed a party was happening so we could not eat in the restaurant and they would be using the main level. It made us feel so uncomfortable we stayed in our room only leaving to go out to eat. We left first thing in the morning, manager was unable to be found so left our keycard with the chef. We didn’t even stay for the breakfast so I can’t comment on that."

"Excellent location. Easy few minutes walk to a number of restaurants and waterfront for boat cruise. Rooms were comfortable. some were including ours was with a balcony and view of lagoon. Bathroom was clean and functional, little small but attached. We enjoyed beer while relaxing in the balcony. The restaurant and bakery located on the hotel property - independent owners are also fantastic. Bakery confectionary pastries, cakes, croissant, breakfast and lunch sandwiches are absolutely delicious. Restaurant has a very interesting menu, very convenient and informal. Both recommended. Service at both restaurants and hotel staff - reception. housekeeping, concierge were superb. There is elevator FOR ONE UPPER FLOOR. There is a relax room downstairs with beer and soft drink, Outside sitting in good weather which we did not use because of weather and time constraints are also fantastic. In one word - Stay at Loft's,"
