Upon checking into this hotel, I was given keys that did not work to access my room. I spoke to a very kind member of the housekeeping staff who assisted me in having the front desk resolve the issue. After waiting 10-15 minutes in the lobby I was finally given room keys in proper working order. After settling in it became apparent that the front desk staff had shown another couple to my room. They attempted entry multiple times. I called the front desk and spoke to Colton, it took 2 additional phone calls to the front desk before the issue was resolved. I returned to my room later that evening to find my keys had again stopped working. After raising the issue to the front desk they made it clear to me they had also attempted to check another guest, in addition to the two previous attempts. I then waited between 20-25 minutes, standing in the lobby, whilst Kimberly, Shelley, and Seaton all worked to resolve the issue. A few years ago I stayed at a $39 motel 6 that had better customer service than this hotel. Would not recommend staying here.
