The location is kinda in a weird spot but it’s easy to find. It’s about 15 min from downtown Knoxville. The rooms need to be updated and the pillows are small (there little squares).
The hotel is good if you need to stay for a night and just lay your head.

The hotel was nice. We had a suite so we had a separate sitting area in our room. The hotel is pet friendly too and charges $15 a night if you have a pet. Only issue was the toilet running for a few seconds every five minutes or so but we just shut the bathroom door and it the sound wasn't an issue.

The property was conveniently close to the wedding venue we were supposed to go to. But the hotel promised free breakfast, though it had the free breakfast it was very poor and limited. And juice and coffee or tea were no longer available after breakfast time.

I thought this hotel would be a bit nicer based on ratings. It was clean and comfortable. A lot of updates needed to facilities. Very unenthusiastic service checking in and out.

One of the BEST Best Westerns we’ve ever stayed at. Our King bed was very comfortable and the room was spacious with a sofa bed couch. Breakfast was pretty good too.

Very clean but pretty shabby. Convenient location. Had a problem with a door lock but it was immediately taken care of. Rooms are very large.
