Good location as it’s located near the Alun Alun (City Square), the Malang Railway Station, and some legendary local culinary spots. Breakfast was decent with many choices. While the general cleanliness in the room was alright, the furnitures and amenities in the room are a bit outdated. All in all, if you’re just looking for a strategic resting place after a day exploring Malang area, this hotel is perfectly adequate

Good hotel in middle of city center with clean rooms and easily accessible room was only bit too tiny

Spacious room, great location. Pros: Very large room with a cool mountain wall mural. Clean bed and decent amenities. Excellent location walking distance to the train station, the Rainbow Village and the Blue Village. Cons: The bathroom tub had some black mold spots. Breakfast started a bit later than 6 am, which was an issue due to early morning travel plans. Still, for the price, it’s great value.

Great friendly staff! Place was nice and we had a good sleep. The gym was small but fun with the boxing ball. Would come back!

The room was filthy. It looked as though no one had even attempted to clean it after the previous guests. The bed linen was brown and covered in stains, the surfaces seemed to have not been wiped down since 1986, the floor was covered in dirt, and the shower was mouldy. To make matters worse, they seemed to have tried to cover it all up with a deodoriser so overpowering it made it difficult to breathe. A dirty plate sat outside our door for the entire stay. There was no hot water on our first night. The breakfast buffet was about 90% sugary treats, as though a seven-year-old had been put in charge of the menu. The staff were lovely, but clearly untrained. When I checked out two days early, they did not even ask why. I do not think they realised we were leaving early at all. The whole experience was so bad it was almost funny. The free daily ice cream  was a nice touch though.

Good stay to just sleep and eat, the food is very good. Hotel itself is a bit complex and there are some regions only available by stairs, overall still ok.

Large rooms, lovely staff, good breakfast. Only 10 mins walk to bustling malang. Free ice lollies/pops for guests.

Water drainage was blocked in the restroom. Not so clean. Not a place to get high professional service.

Room was as expected but with a windows giving on another building very close. The room was very dark No view, no light. No idea if it's daylight or nightime.... Felt a little bit like in a prison
