Large rooms, lovely staff, good breakfast. Only 10 mins walk to bustling malang. Free ice lollies/pops for guests.

Quite a nice hotel. Welcome drink provided. Also there is free ice cream. Close proximity to eateries

Room was as expected but with a windows giving on another building very close. The room was very dark No view, no light. No idea if it's daylight or nightime.... Felt a little bit like in a prison

Hotel is situated in downtown Malang City, which is easy to go around, to mall to look for food, or to roam around the city. The room is sufficient for transit, as we book the midnight pick up for bromo sunrise travel.

Good location near grand Mosque and village although these are a bit overrated in my opinion. Unless paying to walk and see where people live is your thing Street food close by and staff is friendly

Review for the other room type. The breakfast was great with many choices. Its definitely worth the upgrade to get the better room, but both were nice.

The bathroom is not cleaned properly. The room balcony floor is like no one ever cleaned..despite informed front office.bath was too old. Staff are all very helpful and friendly but lack skill service training . Can not prepare soft boiled eggs , it came out hard boiled eggs..or not even cook.. The quality of foods is average . Over all staff need proper training.. Thank you Mr.Foo

The hotel is nice, it is a good location to go to mount bromo, ijen and taking a trip to the waterfalls. There are no shops nearby unfortunately, so had to use grab and Gojek. The room was a little dirty, but it’s ok. The bed is reallly comfortable and also have an English movie channel on the tv. Staff are super friendly and I would stay here again.

There were ants in the rooms. The location good it’s near for everything

Excellent location in Malang, near lots of great restaurants, Kampung Warna-Warni (Rainbow Village), not too far from some walkable market streets. The room itself was lovely, very friendly staff.

The worst hotel room I have ever stayed...we booked for 2 rooms, arrived around midnite and assigned tge room at the basement level. My kids room was leaking near the front door and the water kept gushing outMy room had the bug spray after smell (like sprayed Baygon) and musky...the bedsheet felt slightly damp, the pillow looks dirty and also smell of some left over sweat. awe tried to complain and change room, but tge answer was the hotek was fully book and since it was past midnite, we dont borther to argue further. It definitely proved that those twi rooms were nit ovcupied for a long time, else the water leakage will have been observed and the room shoukd have been aired. The only saving grace for this hotel was the breakfast. The spread was good and its very tasty. At least this toned down our anger and frustation over the lousy rooms' condition.
