Street parking is generally unrestricted and easy to find in just about all areas of Church Hill. The Capital Trail runs along the river (just 3 blocks away). For those adventure seekers- you could bike your way to Williamsburg- just a mere 50 miles away. Most areas downtown and in The Fan/ Carytown/Manchester/Scott's Addition/ Richmond Raceway and Richmond International Airport are an inexpensive $6 Uber or Lyft. Free, easy, and unrestricted street parking is available in front of the building and the adjacent side streets. Use of the property is limited to registered guests only. Parties, or gatherings of any sort are strictly prohibited. One dog or cat is welcome to stay for an additional fee of $30. per stay.
