"When I arrived the hotel, the two parking lots on the right side of the entrance were occupied but the one on the left side was still vacant. So I temporarily parked there to unload my luggage and then drove away to a nearby public paid carpark. However when I came back, I found the parking space was occupied by a rental car with a Fukuoka license plate and it parked there for the whole night.
The instruction sent to us clear said the customer can only use the two parking lots on the right side with “first come first serve” principle. I am wondering what is the left parking space used for? If it is only used for unloading and pickup, then the instruction should clearly mention it. Otherwise it is not fair for the customers that followed the rules and parked their cars to somewhere else."
