"A lovely hotel in a great location with friendly and helpful staff —- however there were so many small negatives that the overall experience was disappointing. The lift was not in service so had to use the stairs. Thankfully not a high rise and I was on the 1st floor. A huge, well decorated room was ruined by air conditioning and extraction units right outside the window which made for a loud and restless night. The frosted glass on the windows left the room dull. Black mold in the bathroom, large crack on the wall and dirty carpets did not help. Neither did the badly made bed and stiff coarse dressing gowns, which I had to look for and found squashed into a shelf in the wardrobe - and one had a large black stain on it. WiFi was very good but there were no usb / type C charging ports. TV was tiny in comparison to the size of the room and kept losing its signal. I also noted a blown lightbulb, but I guess this could have happened at any time. Breakfast was also disappointing, although the sausage was delicious and the highlight. They did provide a small gluten free option too, but I’m not sure if GF bread and non dairy milk is sufficient in and of themselves. The hotel claims a 4* rating and for that I would have at least expected tea/coffee table service. Instead I got it myself from a coffee machine. The coffee itself was very strong to the point of being undrinkable. Finally while speaking with staff it emerged that the Trip price, which supposedly included a huge discount was actually way over the standard price for a room with this hotel."

"Great location, clean and tidy. My only negatives were the walls are paper thin and you can hear everything, the beds are also only small doubles so not alot of room. We had a nice view looking out onto Belfast cathedral, as shown in the picture. Breakfast was good, with a good selection to choose from and a nice coffee machine. Overall, I would stay again but dont expect a good night's sleep."

"I had a fantastic stay at Room2. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, the room was spotless, and the laundry room was incredibly convenient. I loved the beautiful interior design featuring work by local artists and artisans — it gave the place such a unique and personal feel. Prime location in Belfast. Highly recommend!"

"I had an absolutely wonderful stay, which exceeded all my expectations. I arrived quite late and needed to check in and collect the keys myself, but the process was clearly explained to me in advance and was incredibly straightforward and convenient. My room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and very well-equipped. I particularly appreciated the two mirrors, each with its own lighting – such a practical touch! The location was also great, very convenient for getting around. The staff were absolutely lovely and added to the overall positive experience. I would highly recommend staying here and would love to return in the future."

"We arrived hours earlier than check-in time and were allowed to park our car in the underground garage. This allowed us to take a bus or walk the 30 mins into the city centre, When we did check-in we were made up with the size and space available to us, 2 bedrooms, large dining table and good size kitchen area, it was also great to see lovely body wash and shampoo to use in the bathroom, everywhere was clean, we stayed 4 nts and the cleaner came in a tidied and change towels for us. The tesco shoo was handy for picking up some pizzas and wine, saving us some money when on a tight budget, we would definitely stay again,"

"This is a crown jewel in UK! Boutique hotel with fantastic service and hospitality. So friendly and world top notch professional service that only another 5-star hotel in Kensington London can compared to (in other words, other 5-star hotels can’t even reach such high standard). I got butler service. Front desk Hannah is very friendly and helpful with sweet smiles. Greeted by GM and was guided to see some suites. Breakfast is gorgeous. Suite is clean with top brand kitchen facility. You can’t find a better 5-star hotel at this room rate. I’ll definitely come to stay here again and again. Thanks so much for your great service!"

"先説説好的：洗髮水與沐浴露是我喜歡的荷蘭有機品牌Rituals；廚房用品一應俱全使用特別方便；出門就是女王大學漂亮精美的校園。 再説説讓人不滿意的：連住兩天沒有打掃房間就算了，但是補充乾淨的毛巾是起碼的吧？；我預訂的是1.51～1.81米的雙床房，預約訊息上雙人床尺寸也是這個尺寸，但是實際尺寸頂多1.35米，實在太小了；房間也狹窄到不行，沒有椅子和可以放行李的地方。"
