The place is actually pretty nice and a good price. The staff are not great and some of the rules were not customer centric but over all nice stay!

Fun stuff to do, mini golf, arcade, gym, pool and hot tub. Room rates are reasonable with plenty of space. A liitle dated decor, but clean and neat

Tried to use the shower the night i got there and it wouldnt even turn on, tried to call the front desk to say something about it but the phone was also broken. When I tried to call the hotel with my cell phone it puts you through an automated menu telling you to press 4 to talk to the front desk byt every time i did it just restarted the message again. I was recommended this hotel but i honestly doubt id go again, theres better hotels for less money.

We had a great stay and experience the resort is very close to many restaurants, entertainment and shopping centers. The place is big spacious and the bed is comfortable

The pools r freezing ..the playground is trash and all the slides r broken ..the room has color crowmarks on walls ..it was dirty out dated

The location of the property was very good however, the condo was very dated the tiles were broken on the floors and the exterior of the building seemed unkept in my opinion.

It was an okay Stay. The outside of the hotel is beautiful and well kept. But the interior of the rooms needs an update. Bathroom was not cleaned well and the shower did not work. Rooms smelled dusty and floor looked dirty. We wanted to end our stay the next day but it’s a non refundable resort. Staff were very nice and accommodating we were offered a different room that looked and smelled much better. I don’t believe I’ll stay again but staff 10/10, rooms 2/10.

Me and my fiancé went here for vacation, I didn’t like the fact that the pictures didn’t match at all with the room they gave us and there were many bugs in the bathroom. I called several times to the number the front desk lady (Chardonnay, think was her name) gave me the very first day for info, but they didn’t answer. So I don’t think I’ll recommend people to stay here.
