The resort was ok. However I will never book with trip.com again. I booked for the weekend of 3/18, checkout 3/20. I became very ill and requested my trip be moved to the next weekend, the 25th. They charged me $85, sent me a confirmation email and a check in voucher. I arrived at the resort and was informed I had no reservation. I sat with my family in the car until 10pm when they finally let me pay the 2 days resort fee and the $100 deposit. We got our room and went to bed. The next morning I was told it was fixed , no problem. That afternoon the resort told me I had to pay for my reservation as the payment from trip.com had not been received. I did not have the funds to pay again as I'm on Social Security Disabilty and this was a present for my grandson's 11th birthday. After many calls to trip.com and the front desk they decided to refund my money and I paid the resort when I got home. A totally ruined weekend for my family and I.

Door to bathroom didn’t lock
Very little water from shower head
Room looked clean but there was cockroaches fridge door didn’t close ,water had a foul smell
Extremely noisy. Regret booking here.

Everyone at the property was friendly. It was a ghost town when we were there but that gave us the pool and waterpark to ourselves. Housekeeping doesn’t come during the stay, but that wasn’t bad. Only real problem was it wasn’t close to a lot of the attractions, but we had a car. Facility is a little dated and some features were down but all in all we had a good time.

The hotel could use a good face lift. It was a work in progress you could tell they were fixing things but still a work in progress. Water in the pool was heated but water park was not and that was disappointing as it was cold the weekend we went. Over all I’d stay here again.

I had a wonderful stay. Very chill and close to eating spots if you want to eat off site. Walmart is 11 minutes away! I will definitely be back.

They just offered a refrigerator with not even drinking water. The soap was not of a good quality.

The only good thing about the hotel is the water slides for kids. Other than that I would not recommend it. It’s supper dirty behind the beds. The door is not safety locked. Too many rules for a hotel that don’t even provide breakfast like any other hotel would. The front desk in the morning didn’t even had the key for the golf car for me to transport my luggage to the other side of the hotel. It was a nightmare.
