They are bed bugs in the room also many nose the room smell like humety

Horrible, roach infested. Rooms don't look like they were cleaned and there was a dirty diaper under the sink. Mold on carpet and walls. I was creeped out but couldn't get my money back but would never stay there again. There were dead roaches on the carpet microwave and fridge. The fridge still had items from the last guest. I moved rooms 4 times untill I found one I felt a little ok with. It was only for a few days so I toughed it out but Lord knows, NEVER again..

The place is nasty dirty, the staff is rude, and seeing that this motel is the ONLY motel in the World that thinks you should sleep under a blanket with no sheet? Need I say more?

Staff very friendly. Housekeepers hard working and very accommodating. Hotel needs some upgrading but overall my stay has been pleasant.

Not up to my standards. You get what u pay for .

The room was fine and clean. Things could have been better, but for thirty five dollars a night, I think it was a good stay!

They could be great, but they stole my stuff when cleaning . My foods and my personal items… it’s a shame

The property is nothing like the photos they display, it states clean and newly remodeled but our newly remodeled room was cracking falling apart floor tiles, holes in the walls under the sink, mold in the bathroom, dirty bathroom, stained everywhere. Bed spreads had brown stains and streaks on them. And to top it allll off, we only spent 15 minutes in the room and the roaches started coming out WITH THE LIGHTS ON. Crawling out from the door frames, behind the toilets, from under the sink. My wife and I checked out immediately. Tried to get a refund for our nights we DIDNT USE, and was told no even though the room was disgusting. The night desk worker was nice and great and very apologetic, but couldn’t do nothing so we had to contact someone in the morning. Was told we would get our deposit and resort fee back, but was a hard pass on their end and was told no, along with trying to contact ******* who did a great job trying to help also told them no, they are not giving out refunds per policy, I get it, we set up a non refundable, but who in their right mind wouldn’t allow it when you were disgusting and infested with cockroaches to the point they come out with the lights on.

Renovation looks great! The light by bed didn't work but it was ok. The shower could use a wall caddy for amenities. Clean
