Bed was dirty. My kids bed has so many spots and in my room On a blanket there was dirty pad on it.

The water park and activities are the best part of this is experience. The beds are uncomfortable, not enough pool towels, not enough pillows, and not enough blankets.

The water park is amazing, warm water in the lazy river and water slides, the zero entry pool was freezing, I’m not sure if it’s suppose to be heated. Kid friendly hot tub was great on cool days for adults and children. The room was dated, but functional and convenient to have a full kitchen, 2 bathrooms and a washer/dryer. The problem price of the arcade and extra items such as build a bear and glitter tattoos are too expensive, that would be my only negative issue, glitter tattoos were $12 dollars each, suppose to last a week, and they didn’t last a day! We will go back to this resort, it’s beautiful, but I will not purchase anything extra next time.

Kids loved the heated lazy river. Condo was very dated, beds were rock hard, towels, pillows, and blankets were very limited. Bathroom was dirty, I cleaned it myself. Couch was old and uncomfortable.

My enjoyed the pools, hot tubs, lazy river, small arcade and kid friendly activities. We used the shuttle to Disney and Universal. Quiet and peaceful little villa with kitchen.

We are a family of four and all enjoyed our stay. We used the pools, hot tubs, basketball and volleyball courts, and lots of other amenities. It was conveniently located with parks and shopping close by. It was our second stay and we will definitely be back again.

Everything is old, beds uncomfortable. Needs renovation for sure! Good location. Pool is great but the water was freezing! Activities center- zero organization! Nothing special for this price, resort fees etc..... 😒
