Apart is its commitment to excellence in service by Junior staff and Upper Management ."

"It was a stressful experience for me and my partner. It's been more than 15 years traveling to different countries for the first time after receiving confirmation to our booking. On arrival at the hotel late in the evening after a tiring journey it was discovered that our booking had been cancelled without notice. The hotel had this practice if there were too many guests and all the rooms were occupied. After much discussion and waiting we were seated in a deluxe room. The room was comfortable and the service related with it was ok. But in general the overall service is not up to a five star hotel. The hotel does not offer included transportation to and from the airport to its guests, guests must pay extra for it. Spa services like massage are missing. The pool water was not clean. The breakfast offer was poor of fruits."

"Hello, I would like to thank you for the quality of your services and the care taken in maintaining your hotel. The rooms are impeccable, quiet, and very pleasant, which makes the stay particularly enjoyable. However, I would like to share a few observations: during my stay, someone was talking very loudly on the phone, which was a little surprising in such a peaceful environment. A little awareness raising for guests about respecting the quiet could be beneficial. The toilets are clean, but I noticed a detached handshake and a sink faucet that was not properly attached. These small details deserve special attention to preserve the comfort of guests. Finally, regarding the Wi-Fi, I saw a paper mentioning the password, but the SSID seemed unavailable. This made the connection difficult. An improvement in Internet access would be a real plus. Despite these points, my wife and I very much enjoyed our stay at your establishment. Your hotel is a place that we appreciate and recommend. Continue to take care of it, we will return with pleasure! Sincerely, Jessy Yav"
