The hotel staff are very polite and professional. The hotel room is clean and tidy. I must go back again if I go to Kingston next time. I like their breakfast too.

Very clean and good location. Great breakfast

Great location around the Kingston area near the tourist attractions. The hotel room bathroom does not have any locks for privacy. Delicious breakfast of sausage and eggs that will fill you up.

Second time staying here. Everything was good. Breakfast included. Convenient location for my purposes, but not if you need to get downtown in the morning. Nice gym and pool area but quite small so when it’s busy it becomes unusable. Parking was fine but they have too many EV chargers taking prime parking and there wasn’t a single EV using them in the 3 days I was there.

Good service and nice hotel overall

깔끔하고 좋았어요 침대도 편안했습니다. 다음네 킹스턴에 간다면 또 이용하고 싶어요 아쉬운건 일회용품이 준비되어있지 않아서 조금 아쉬었습니다. 그러나 부대시설(피트니스 센터, 수영장 등)이 잘 갖춰져 있고 직원들이 친절하고 좋았습니다.

開車自駕魁北克返回多倫多中途住了一晚，很乾凈，健身房設施齊全，配套設施完善。早餐選擇還可以 環境：整潔美觀大方

房間寬暢，對殘疾人非常友好，窗外風景不錯，停車場足夠大，免費。大堂有熱水和咖啡供應早餐比較簡單。到市中心也不遠，性價比高。

酒店還不錯，周邊環境挺好的，停車也比較方便，床品就是國內的連鎖水平，全是性價比比較高的，安靜睡得舒服

窗外風景迷人，床鋪舒適。空調噪音稍大，且臨街房間有些嘈雜。房內未提供瓶裝水和拖鞋。早餐種類一般，但足夠吃飽。服務人員態度親切，讓人感到温暖。整體體驗尚可，未來有機會或許還會再次入住。The view from the window is lovely, and the bed is comfortable. The air conditioning is a bit noisy, and there’s some street noise. No bottled water or slippers were provided in the room. The breakfast is average but filling. The staff are friendly and make the stay pleasant. Overall, it was a decent experience, and I might consider staying again in the future.

酒店很新，很方便，旁邊有幾家連鎖快餐，對面馬路還有一個超市，很方便～～酒店早餐品種少，但味道不錯～

非常新的酒店，門口有咖啡，茶和熱水任取，適合中國人需求，早餐是西式的，也是乾淨衞生，還算不錯。房間很好，乾淨整潔，有一個梳化床。停車場也有充電樁

酒店位置很偏，我們是因為去打比賽訂了這個酒店，住了兩天沒有人打掃衞生，房間沒有瓶裝水！早餐品種很少而且擁擠，對於運動員來説早餐是非常重要的，我們有20多人住在這裏大家都抱怨早餐補餐慢品種少！

Hotel alejado de la ciudad pero bueno como hotel de tránsito. Staff muy amable y habitaciones grandes. Desayuno gratuito, quizás mejorable.
