Great truck parking lot. Friendly and professional check in clerk. Nice room. Everything looks new. Not sure how old this place is. I chose it by location. Convenient to interstate, but great value for the price. Wrote this years ago. Didn’t know trip advisor never posted it bacuse I didn’t meet the 200 character minimum
This was a quick overnight trip. We arrived late but Abigail still welcomed us with a smile when we arrived. As Diamond members, we were pleased that an upgrade was still available and found the suite clean and large. We took advantage of the hotel buffet (normally a cost but we received a credit for our status). There was a great selection and the food was hot. The attendant could have been welcoming. Tbh, her phone seemed more important than smiling and cleaning up after the guests. The gentleman at checkout was friendly. We would stay at this hotel again.

Don't stay here unless you're desperate. This was a road trip stop for us, only one night along the highway. A rather sleepy staff member checked us in, and we made our way up the one working elevator to our room. Hallways smelled of old cigarettes. The room was a fairly decent size for two, but it clearly hadn't been deep cleaned in a while. Curtains and one of the pillows were badly stained, and there were some small stains on the towels too. The tv was intermittent and the bedside lamps didn't work at all. The water from the sink was cloudy and there was hair stuck to the walls in the bathroom, as well as mold growing by the ceiling vent. To top it all off, a couple of large beetles were flying around the room. We did manage to sleep, though we needed earplugs to keep out the sound from the other rooms and the highway. The one positive to the place was the breakfast next morning, it was a pretty decent selection of hot and cold items. The girl who checked us out was very sweet and friendly too. But I wouldn't list this as a highlight of Tennessee hotels.
