They have the so-called "Resort Fee" which is 42 dollars during check-out. Totally have no idea where I spent on these fees. Be careful before booking！

Room carpet was stained so bad didn’t even want to walk barefoot, No option for breakfast at all, Bartender from pool bar didn’t even ask what I needed, only plus is they have the shuttle to downtown besides that won’t book again.

Loved this hotel. It had everything we needed. Comfortable and clean.

The hotel room, elevator, and hallways were a ONE Star quality as in everything needed to be gutted out and started over. We were asked if we wanted to pay extra on top of the $395 per night for an “ocean view” room. Well, the rooms share a walkway. You can’t even open the curtains without compromising your privacy. The room was disgustingly dirty. Stains all over the carpet, the corners of the room had dust balls, the bathroom door was broken, the mirror was rusting, the bed looked like it was falling apart, the sheets were placed inside out. Just to name a few! This is a Motel 6 comparable hotel. Choose at your discretion.

Service was fair

So酒店看着還挺正規的，但是卻收了45美金的度假村費，額外收的，每晚45美金，另外這個酒店的周圍雞很多，大公雞經常半夜雞叫吵得影響休息和睡眠，另外他的風非常大，一出來呼呼刮著海風，吹的樹都東倒西歪的。

這個酒店靠近北部灣。雖然離海零距離，但是海風很大很大，吹的樹都東倒西歪的，每天晚上睡覺都聽到呼嘯的海風，而且酒店也沒什麼設施，卻要每晚再收45美金的度假村費用。而且這個酒店養了很多雞，經常半夜雞叫吵得睡不着覺。

服務一般，打了多次電話讓客房服務送紙和牙膏但是並沒有收到，去前台問得知不歸前台管，地理位置好，早餐好吃

前台一個老頭服務態度很差，ruined my day！

Older hotel under renovation. Exterior beautiful, picture on web shows well maintained and updated. Interior common areas very nice. Rooms need updating. Bedskirt was dirty, window treatments dated. Staff was courteous, particularly Anastasia.

Poor maintenance. Broken coffee machine in room, clogged sink drain in room. Only one operating elevator. The outside of the building ended painting. Limited food available at outdoor bar. No real restaurant on premises. I would not recommend staying here.

Pool heater broken, inside bar closed,1 elevator broken, rooms weren't cleaned or serviced while being there for 8 days. No laundry area. Very unorganized staff. The hotel needs to be better to charge top rates!!! Location is good. The pictures on their website are deceiving. It's not like the pictures show. Way too expensive for thus place.

We arrived several hours early and were able to get into a room. The front desk was very helpful. Pool area and breakfast area were wonderful!

We were disappointed. We had reservations for a king bed with a sitting area and ended up getting a double beds and had no sitting area and the room was very small. We were on the fifth floor and they only have one elevator working, which is very slow. The pool was freezing cold. We had to keep asking for room service. Front desk staff was very nice.
